I'm a 74 black female. Today I went to have my changed and encountered such disrespect from the technician described as 5'7" obese with a large stomach. He first told me I needed to replace my battery because it tested replace. After I told him I had no problem starting and it was purchased last year. On the receipt he said battery tested good. He gets in my vehicle and said now your vehicle won't start at all after the oil change. I called my brother and explained to him what was happening. The technician yells at me saying I haven't done anything to your f--king car my brother overheard his profanity and threatened to come down to take care of the matter. I was so impressed by the service I received by Grease Monkey! Not only were they friendly, they were very knowledgeable too! When I was confused on billing, they took the time out of their day to make sure I was satisfied, happy, and understood everything. Also, they match competitor prices if you find somewhere cheaper, not likely though because they already have cheaper prices compared to competitors around the area! Poor customer service. I was greeted with a scowl instead of friendly smile. Never received one please or thank you, and cashier seemed irritated that I had the nerve to present on online coupon. Also got sternly scolded for not buying their engine flush service. I've been to much friendlier oil change places and I won't be back to this one. My daughter is back from college, heard a nasty rumbling noise in the front end. After taking it to Grease Monkey, we found not one, but two bad struts. When the car was lifted, turned the wheel to see where the noise was happening, the right front strut fell off the car. The left front strut was just as bad. Three hours later all was fixed and repaired. I can not say enough good things about how fast everything was put together. I have had my oil changed here for years, never a problem. They broke my air intake hose while changing my air filter. Then, they overfilled my oil by 4 quarts which is double what my vehicle needs. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here because they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

Uodate juky 14, 2017 : the store manager contacted me after reafing my review. I give credit where credit is due . The manager was concerned about my experience, asked for more soecific details and assured me that my ecoerience was nit what is expected at the store. The manager is a great example if how custimer service should be. I did not ask for it but he did send me a refund check for my oil change. I am not sure i will return but if i do it will be because of how pleasant my unteraction with the manager was. Thank you. Should have read the reviews before I came in . Today after my $10 coupon the same oil change was almost $55??? Wtf??? I should have left when I drive in and there were no other customers but yet my car didn't get driven into the shop for close to 7 minutes. Apparently one worker was somewhere else bc he drive back to the shop. There are alleged issues with my car. I asked for notes on my receipt so I could tell my mechanic. No notes.
