Took my cars here for 10 years used to be the best around. Now they say they checked your fluids but didn't, Don't set your tires to the right pressure or don't even check them, forget to fill certain fluids, and they do a horrible job of cleaning the windows. I went on a road trip right after an oil change and new wipers, had no washer fluid, the wipers were the wrong size, and they had a different tire pressure in every tire. Took the car back in when I got home they over inflated the tires, put new wipers on and FORGOT TO FILL THE WASHER FLUID!! They need to get some new management and go back to their old ways because now you should just go to jiffy lube you get the same service for half the price. read more

These guys always shine. Was there again about an hour ago. I've had them address my vehicle for the past 5+ years for cars and trucks. Always bring the discount mailer. All BS aside, they are quality, quick, and efficient. I heard they do brakes and my F150 is nearing replacement on the rear. read more

We've taken two cars here. The first car seemed to be fine after the oil change. Our second car, however, showed signs of a sloppy oil change. When we went out of town to visit our uncle (who manages an car shop), his shop did our next oil change. They found the car had been leaking oil due to a loose oil pan replacement. We suspected things weren't great there when we picked up the car and asked about needing new windshield wipers. They said they looked good. On inspection you can see where the blades are ripping apart. Despite its fantastic location - we will not be bringing our cars back here. read more

Simply went for an oil change. They recommended changing my air filters inside my cabin and under the hood. A couple days later after cleaning out the car I found broken off pieces hidden behind my seat they tried to hide. They broke these pieces and now I'm left with these broken pieces. You'd think they'd know more about cars and how to remove things safely. If you want your vehicle not worked on properly and mysterious hidden left over broken car pieces, I recommend taking your car to these clowns. read more

I took my 10 year old Mustang to Grease Monkey a few months ago for a quick and painless lube job. Drove away that day fully satisfied. Around mid-December I noticed some weird braking issues and once in a while my brakes would lock up. The holidays were a busy time and I wasn't driving the car much so it was the first of January before I would be able to take it into my mechanic. He informed me that there was oil in my brake lines and that my power steering fluid was so over full that all seals had burst and were leaking everywhere. The total cost of repairs was over $2000. I went back to Grease Monkey once the car was repaired with a statement from my mechanic showing that the damage had been caused by a lube job gone drastically wrong. They basically informed me that my only recourse was to sue them. I'm hoping to resolve it with their corporate HQ via their "Customer Satisfaction Hotline" from their website before I'm forced to go to the trouble of taking this to small claims court. Until then the best I can do is to post a warning here for anybody who might be looking to get a quick lube job. I know that mistakes are sometimes made and nobody can guarantee the quality of their staff 100%. But the real test of any company's commitment to service is how they resolve issues like this one. Telling me to take it to their lawyers is just plain wrong. read more

i am a big fan of these guys. they are always super courteous, make eye contact, are honest with what i need & what can wait, and never try to talk me into a service i don't want. when i forget my coupon postcard, they take my $5 off anyway. they will top off fluids & put air in my tires for free anytime. i've been a customer for 3 years now and i've never once had a complaint. i usually have a 10-15 minute wait and there are plenty of trashy magazines to read in the lobby. love it! read more

The owner is really cool. I have a z71 Tahoe that needed a few things replaced. I took it in and the owner helped me replace something simple and showed me how to do it for free. went back for major service, fast job for sure, but wont show u detailed bill until after u paid through the CC. then find out charged $100 bucks for topping off fluids, u gotta be kidding.. Probably will go back to the dealer now, takes more time, but hate to be nickeled and dimed and not told about it ahead of time. read more

So, I will be the first person to admit that I'm not very car savvy. Went into this establishment for a simple oil change. In the past four years I have gone for oil changes at various places because I lived in a different state; all the prices came out around the same amount. Around $35-$40. No, not here. I was asked upon driving my car up what kind of oil I wanted in my car and, being someone not car-smart, responded "just the regular cheap old oil." Was surprised how fast my car was finished, plugged my card in to pay, walked out and drove home. I know I know, I should have checked the receipt then and there. So I get home and take a look, 82 DOLLARS. Rather than regular old 10w30 oil, I had premium 5W20 synthetic oil put into my 2005 year vehicle. So, moral of the story. Bring someone who knows cars with you, so they cant charge you out the hoo for something you don't understand. Will never return here, for my car and wallets sake. Don't ever take your car here! I brought my Mazda 3 in to have the oil changed because I was way over the mileage to have it done and I didn't have time to take it back to the dealership to have it done (which is what I usually do). BIG MISTAKE. They try to up sell you on EVERYTHING, told me I needed to replace my air filter and have the transmission fluid replaced (which would have been about and extra $200 on top of $75 for having synthetic oil put in). I had them replace the air filter but when I drove my car out of the lot I noticed it made a really low rumbling sound, almost like they had put a different exhaust on it because it now sounds like a race car. I called my dealership to see what it would be and they said it sounds like they left off a cap to something. So now I get to take my car back to the dealership to have them fix it and do it right because I will never let these guys touch my car again. Just save yourself some time and money and don't go here. read more
