This place was so awesome! The staff was extremely friendly and they were very quick. My girlfriend and I walked over to Safeway to get some cheese and artichokes and by the time we got back they were already done! They left a flower on the dash, gave us a free car wash, and we got two free soda pops from their lounge(which was clean and comfortable). We also think that whatever else they did during the oil change fixed the turn signals that were working sporadicly! Five stars is the only way to rate this place! read more

I pulled in and was directed to an empty bay. While doing the standard get name address blah, blah, blah, another vehicle pulled in behind me. We heard the tech say once our vehicle was complete they would be pulled in. We exited the vehicle and went inside. We noticed the vehicle that pulled in behind us was pulled into the empty bay we were told to pull in front of and our vehicle was moved into a waiting queue of another bay. When I went to talk the tech they said the other vehicle was there an hour prior and needed to get parts so we were moved and not told. If we were told that was going to happen it would have been no big deal, but because they didn't tell us we decided to leave. This grease monkey location has lost my business for good read more

We have used this location since we moved here 3 years ago. Alway's had a very good experience there. Today went to their car wash, It wasn't working so I asked the young girl that keeps it clean and running properly. She was so nice, she went and reset it and got it working again then my car wash was free. I would recommend this grease monkey, technicians are friendly and professional and also the young lady at the car wash! Good crew all around! read more

I've been going here for 5 years and would never go anywhere else for my oil changes, that also happen to come with a free carwash! If I needed glass repair I'd go to a glass repair facility, especially if my windshield was cracked. And if you don't bring your own oil/oil filter then maybe you should ask if they have your filter available before entering the oil change bay... some people are just impossible, these negative reviews need reviewed! Vern (the manager/owner) always takes care of regular customers as does the rest of the crew. In one case a employee was over tightening drain plugs knowing he was about to quit and I was one of the victims, Vern was having this issue with many other customers so he had mine out in no time flat! Don't believe extra elaborate and sour people, they usually have personal vendetta's! read more

Went here just to replace my head lights replaced and I personally didn't know how to open the hood and I told this employee and he made a rude comment saying why do you even drive a car? And then we found out they couldn't but by the manager and he was decently nice. Anyway they are rude and disrespectful. Don't go! read more

Oil change resulted in a check engine light, do to the technician changing out my engine air filter, but not clamping the housing box completely. I traced the problem and corrected it myself, but who knows how much dirt was sucked in during this time. I will NEVER take another vehicle to this place! read more

Mike is amazing! I had a small plastic piece dragging under my car during a road trip, and he fixed it quickly and FOR FREE!

Had a pretty poor experience here. I came in to get an oil change, and upon seeing that they fixed windshield chips, asked that they fix two small chips in my windshield. They had my vehicle done fairly quickly, then one guy came and told me that he had cracked my windshield when he tried to fill one of the chips. Easily a $300 mistake. Awesome. Then, when I drove off the lot, I had gotten maybe 1000 feet before my car started to smell terrible and my low oil light and battery light went on. I looked behind me and saw a trail of oil that had leaked out of my car. I called them immediately, and the manager drove to where I was stopped and fixed the oil. Turns out they had put the wrong oil filter on my car! If I hadn't noticed the smell and stopped the car, their mistake would have destroyed my engine and totaled my car. Long story short, I asked these guys to do two simple things, and they managed to mess up both. I will not be back. read more

If I could give this joke of a place zero stars I would. The manager Branen or however you pronounce that, had his guys change my mom's brakes, She paid $174. Not even 10 minutes away, not even 10, her brakes go out and she almost runs into a loaf n jug window. Then on her way home she goes up the driveway hoping that the emergency break at least works. It didn't she rolled all the way down the driveway ran over a fence and almost ran over a fire hydrant. So what did Mr. banana say? That he told my mom she needed to go to another place and that she shouldn't drive her car. Obviously that's a lie because everyone said she could drive it including the manager banana. And now she has leaking brake fluid everywhere that wasn't there before and he tells her that it's basically her fault that the break problem just happened and the fluid just coincidentally started leaking and almost damaged some more private property, could have killed someone including my mother and he didn't even offer her a freaking refund or to come get her truck out of the ditch that it's still in as I'm writing this. I have the receipt with the time date everything on it and the pictures of the wreck that just occurred. I will be taking this to corporate banana I promise you. read more

Well I am amazed that a regional manager did contact me, explained and apologized for the error, and refunded the difference. I will go on the assumption that the employee in question will be dealt with accordingly as seen fit by management. Both my girlfriend and I are very satisfied with the outcome, just wish it had not happened, and she will continue to patronize this location. read more

I have taken my cars out to Grease Monkey for years and have always been satisfied. One of the draw backs is they have to sell other work to make real money but I pick and choose what I have them do and what I choose to do myself there really is no pressure to buy and they always ask before doing anything. They do there best to take care of customers providing a clean waiting room with soda, coffee and snacks. I've never come here and had more than a 10 minute wait to get service. read more

This was the biggest ripoff I've ever experienced. Was quoted $20 for wipers. Turned out to be $48. Was quoted $70 for low end synthetic oil change. They forgot to mention a $5 oil filter charge. They try to upsale you an air filter even if you don't need it. When work was complete I waited nearly 15 minutes to "get" to pay. It was raining during this time and I have furniture in the back of pickup. I walked into shop got the guy had to raise my voice and get irritated to get out of there. NEVER going back. Your guys put my oil filter on so tightly that my husband couldn't take it off simply by hand, which is supposed to be done that way. We had to spend an extra $60 buying 2 wrenches just to get it off. I used to think this place was doing me a great service! Apparently I was wrong! Not only did you put my cabin filter in and bend it, you didn't allow for someone who is trying to save money to easily do something at home. I will definitely NOT be back! read more

When checking in, I was offered the services and told to enjoy the snacks. Nothing was available. Then after a lengthy wait, I was told my car was done. The cashier went over all the items that were checked, filters okay, tire pressure at 35 pounds each, cabin was vacuumed. I paid for premium synthetic Mobile oil and the total was $84.99 plus tax. When I pointed out to the cashier that I was overtime on the guarantee, I had to ask for the discount. Which came to $8.50 when the total came to $92+ I thought that was odd. I asked the cashier to check the figures and it was $78.28. When I got into my car and saw the cabin had not been vacuumed and brought it to the attention of the manager, he brushed me off, saying the courtesy clerk must be slipping. The clerk said bring it back around front and he would vacuum it. The customer before me also complained about his car not being vacuumed. Then when I checked my tire pressure, I noticed all four off, 40, 38, 41 and 39 psi. I wonder if my oil had been changed with the oil I paid for. Not must trust in this store from me. read more

The car wash soap is watered down, and the brush is useless. If you need to just knock the dust off your truck it will work, but if it's actually dirty wash it somewhere else. read more
