Plus they badly misdiagnosed the alignment issue on my 1997 Chevy Tahoe 4X4. Said the power steering gear box and pitman arm need to be replaced and those items had just been replaced right at a year ago. All it really needed was the washer and nut that attaches the pitman arm to the power steering gear box and for the splines to be cleaned up and everything put back together and tightened back up. I guess they thought I was stupid and they could rip me off by turning what should have been a $200 repair into an $800+ repair. WTF!!! If you want your vehicle looked at within a few days instead of a few weeks, and want it diagnosed correctly and want to deal with professional and friendly service advisors and not be ripped off for repairs that are not needed, the go to Pit Stop Plus/Alray Tire here in Denver and avoid this place like the plague!!

Driver front, Picture shows one lug nut looked tight but was not very tight and one was half off. The others completely off. I feel that maybe my rim is bent now. Also not sure why no new tires are needed. Please stop and check your tires after work done there. Luck I am a handy at some things as this could have been a bad wreck if I did not pull over and check the tires.

Went in today for a simple oil change on my 07 Jeep Rubicon…read more They appeared to do an okay job till I got home and oil was dripping on my concrete driveway. My jeep has never leaked oil. I got under the jeep to discovery oil splashed on the pan and skid plates. The person that changed the oil and filter did not wipe the pan and dripping from the oil filter change out. I cleaned the oil pan and oil filter along with double checking the drain plug. New concrete driving got out my pressure washer but the dripping did not come out as the oil soaked into the concrete. Should have changed the oil myself! It appeared Express Oil was more concerned with performing an inspection to see what they could charge me for rather than do the job I came if for correctly. They claim a 10 minute oil change now I know why.

I took my husband's 2009 GMC Sierra 2500 diesel truck to "Denver Diesel" for a second opinion…read more "Scott McCorkle's Liberty GMC" in Matthews, NC said I needed a new turbo that would cost $5,000+ but couldn't explain how they came to that conclusion. The GMC mechanic said "it's not spinning". There is a computer on the dash that showed the truck was getting some boost from the turbo but not as much as it should be, which proves it WAS spinning.... Denver Diesel diagnosed the real problem, A SENSOR, $432.58 to fix!!!!! They saved us over $4,500++ because they know what the hell they are doing!!!! I am so so so glad we went to them for a second opinion. Everyone is very nice, you can tell it's a small family owned business, and they even have an office dog :)
