I like to support those who deserve it, and the folks at Coakley-Krol are more than deserving. I…read moreapproached them for help with a real estate matter on a recent home purchase. Eric took the time to listen to me and my concerns and explain the process, options and next steps in a way that reassuring and easy to understand. I found him to be personable, accessible and responsive to our needs. The open minded approach to solutions and reasonable pricing set him apart from other firms that I contacted. I'm confident I made the right decision to work with Coakley-Krol and I highly recommend them to others.

Right before Christmas last year I received a wage garnishment letter/order from my employer. I was…read morein complete shock! I knew from talking to the creditor and the court who issued this that I needed an attorney and fast! Living in Illinois, and the case filed in Colorado, I called Eric with CoakleyKrol who is located in Colorado and discussed my case with him. Even with my two little ones screaming in the background and me venting about this creditors wrongdoing, Eric quickly took on my case. He was very understanding, Eric advised we needed to act quickly since we had a signed order to garnish my wages. Eric kept close communication with me via email and phone in regards to what was going on. My wages did get garnished however, with proof the account wasn't mine and process server illegally served me. We were able to recover all lost wages. Eric and his firm were so wonderful for taking my case. I cannot tell you how much they helped my family out. I also cannot THANK this firm enough. If Eric had not taken on this case, we would be out a half a years pay for something we didn't deserve and would have been struggling to make our ends meet. Thank you Eric and Team!

Kristin works with Sarah Morris and both of them are very knowledgeable when it comes to setting up a trust, a will and all the other elements involved with having the documents I needed set up correctly. It was a complicated process. Now, I have a revocable trust, a will, medical POA as well as other documents that are legally binding to carry my assets forward to my family as the time of my death. Her pricing was very reasonable and she even gave me a discount at the end of the process. Both Kristin and Sarah are excellent communicators and were easy to work with. I highly recommend Life & Legacy Planning, Ltd if you need to establish a trust fund. Michael Bono

Then I might get an e-mail 'next week' after the attorney decided I'm awarded the privilege of being their paying customer (I have no say in this decision apparently). Then I could click on a link to schedule a paid meeting with the attorney. I would not get the chance to actually interview the firm or the lawyer before agreeing to hire and pay them. Seems like a very impersonal one way street. The prospective client has little say in this sales process. Luckily, I have this secret tool called 'Google' - there seem to be thousands of estate planning attorneys ~Denver.
