You go in and wait, wait, wait. Unbelievable!!! Don't go there unless you have a lot of time and a lot of money. I will be looking for more reliable eye care else ware. The nursing staff, anesthetist, front desk made the experience so much easier than I had imagined. The center is very new-looking and does not have a "hospital" smell. There is plenty of parking. I was impressed with the friendly efficiency, the clear-cut organization, the willingness to listen to me when I was advising about my brother, the concern and support for me during the experience, and the obvious joy they feel when they are doing their work to the best of their ability. They REALLY wanted my brother to see again; I felt very confident that my brother was getting the best care possible. Special shout-out to Jodie who wanted me to report on how my brother is recovering: he now can see me coming into a room and is much more involved in his surroundings. We still have the other cataract to remove, and I will be back to this wonderful facility. Maybe it doesn't have all the bells and whistles some other places have, but it does have a professional and caring staff that makes your concerns theirs. Well-done!!!

But, the day I go and check in the receptionist is like oh by the way the doctor is gone for the week for daughters wedding and you cannot place the order for your glasses right now so I am like okay noone told me this and she goes to say but we can still give you the exam. I am like okay so then she hands me the paperwork and it sys that I need to get my eyes dialated, I said I do not want to get dialated she said it is a requirement here, I am like steike two noone told me this on the phone either!!! She said I will see if we can get an exception i said nd if not just cancel this appointment, usually dilation is an option not requirement! Needless to say I ended up walking out with no exam and wasted my time! This company needs to tell the right expectations upfront when customers call in!

I had PanOptix placed in my eye Feb 7th, 2020. This lens did not work for me, I did have 20/20 vision, but the rings and halos ruined my night vision and I was in great distress. The surgeon that placed it in my eye would not remove it. I was running out of time as I was almost 5 months post op from PanOptix and this lens needed to get removed quickly if it were going to be successfully removed and replaced with a Crystalens. I began my search for a doctor that would replace the lens and give me back my beautiful night vision. Dr. Mahootchi listened to me, heard my despair and told me I didn't have to live like this and that he would do a lens exchange for me. Because I felt so confident in him through reading of his experience and all his wonderful reviews on many forums I decided to take the trip across the country, even during a pandemic and see him! This proved to be a great decision! He immediately set me at ease, I loved his entire staff as well! Surgery was completely successfulI I now have 20/20 in that eye with beautiful night vision!
