Other doctors saw my issue but his ego has blinded him enough to the point he is willing to ruin the rest of your life by simply ignoring you. I even called crying from pain and he denied me medication. I told him where is my pain and he continued to ignore me. New doctor found the issue right away and started treatment. Iam not sure how could someone like that to be in this position. Is is not a doctor. He simply don't care. Hopefully this will save time and pain for the next patient of his.

I had ended up in the ER due to unexplained swelling in my my legs and feet. The ER found nothing…read morewrong, but wanted me to see a Vascular Surgeon just to be safe. I couldn't get a hold of the one they recommended, so I was able to get my primary to do an order to see Dr. Citrin. He came into the exam room and literally said "So you ended up in the ER due to leg swelling, but that has nothing to do with me, and it's not my problem. Go see your Cardiologist, it's his problem not mine." He never looked at the paperwork, never examined me, never let me ask any questions. The last thing he said was "You're probably in Congestive Heart Failure, but like i said, that's the Cardiologist's problem, not mine.' When I saw my Cardiologist 3 weeks later I told him that Dr. Citrin said I'm in Congestive Heart Failure and I asked if that was true. The Cardiologist said "Absolutely not true at all. There is nothing wrong with your heart, and you actually did better on your stress test this time than the last time a few years ago. You are a low risk for heart problems." Avoid Dr. Citrin like the plague
