It might sound like a commercial but I can't really explain how helpful they were. I was almost losing hope in my case after having my previous Lawyer fired for not doing anything but just collecting my money and convincing me on the phone when things got more and more complicated. I was instructed to send supporting documents ahead of time, which I did promptly. I was even told that Attorney Berc had reviewed them and that we would be going over everything during our meeting. Unfortunately, Attorney Berc missed the appointment--twice. We rescheduled on two separate days, and both times he did not show or contact me. After receiving no response, I called the office and spoke with a staff member who assured me that Attorney Berc would email me. That email never came. To this day, I have still not heard from him, despite being told multiple times that I would be contacted. This experience was a giant waste of my time and extremely disappointing. If an attorney is unavailable or not taking on new clients, that should be communicated upfront instead of having staff schedule appointments and request documents for review that never happens. I would not recommend this firm if you are looking for an attorney who values communication or respects a client's time.

I do not recommend this firm…read more I'm sure they'll respond the way they always do to negative reviews by claiming they can't find any record associated with my name. That's intentional. I don't want to identify myself while my case is still unresolved and risk having my case sabotaged before I have the chance to find another attorney after they've dragged me along for nearly two years. I genuinely feel bad for the staff because my case manager was always responsive. It seemed like she was the only one making an effort because the attorney who was supposedly assigned to my case never communicated with me--not once. And that's considering I had two "case managers" during the duration of my case. After nearly two years, I never had a single conversation with the attorney who was supposedly representing me. I did everything they asked of me. I attended therapy, provided witnesses, gathered evidence, and followed every instruction they gave me. Despite all of that, they never filed my case. Now, after almost two years, they've decided to drop my case, saying it "isn't feasible to pursue." If that was truly the case, why did they accept it in the first place? Why continue representing me for nearly two years if you never intended to take it to court? If my case was so weak that it wasn't worth pursuing, you should have been honest from the beginning instead of wasting valuable time that I can never get back. To make matters worse, after keeping me in limbo all this time, they tell me I now have only a limited amount of time left to find another attorney and pursue my claim. Their delay has put me in a far more difficult position than I would have been in had they simply declined my case from the start. Based on my experience, this firm appears to be more interested in cases that lead to quick settlements than in genuinely advocating for their clients. If that's not the case, then their lack of commitment is deeply concerning. Either way, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this firm.
