OMG where do I start? we were doing a kitchen renovation and called a month in advance to book a water shutdown, then installation of a fridge water and ice supply, a dishwasher installation and a re hook up of our sink and water at the end of the job. They shut down the water on the correct date and the plumber stood there and demanded payment immediately. I kind of thought we'd pay for it all at the end of the job, but whatever. They were to come and hook the fridge up, and cancelled because they had a big emergency job. Well, OK, shit happens. The next 3 appointments were cancelled by them, or no shows. One was the big ice storm, which we were understanding about, but the other times, they either cancelled at the last minute or didn't show up. I finally sent an email, asking if they were interested in doing the project at all. They sent someone to do most of the work, with the understanding they would complete it the following week, and they did it just fine. Then the plumber stood there for payment, even though I'd spoken to someone at their office about paying at the end. They came back the next week, completed the job, and sent an invoice the next day, which I paid within hours by etransfer, which was accepted. THEN I got an email, 3 days later saying my bill was 3 days overdue. Really poor service, and they treat you like you're going to stiff them on the bill at every opportunity. The plumbing work was ok, but I DO NOT recommend them, they are unreliable. Luckily my husband is retired, so he was available on all those days they said they were coming and didn't. If one of us had taken time off from work to wait around for them not to show up or call, we would probably be speaking to a lawyer read more
