They have a lot of experience in all three types of installations and were able to use examples of previous installs to explain my options. I did get one of them out to my house and they looked things over and then patiently explained my options. While I didn't make any major purchases, I felt very comfortable dealing with them and would have no concerns at all about pulling the trigger with these guys when I am ready to make a purchase. The salesperson was very attentive and easy to work with. Before the installation, they scheduled an inspection to come out and look at our setup and discuss the specifics of our situation. After the visit, the salesperson called me to walk through a few challenges with the installation and proposed a solution that made a lot of sense. Once everything was sorted out, the installation was scheduled and the crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, neat, and tidy, and the work area was left very clean when they finished.
