Did not greet or acknowledge me at all, made my drink and gave it to me without even looking at me to continue whatever story they were gossiping about. Handed me my drink and went the whole interaction without saying one word to me because the drama must come first. Yes I did pay $6 for a cup of iced. Just kidding I did order a 16oz down to earth and then 2 sips later it turned into a cup of ice. The baristas were not welcoming at all. And I will probably never come back here. This is sad all coffee shops do now a days is use less materials and make your drinks more expensive. This just shows that less shops have passion for the actual product there selling you and more passion for the money you are giving them. Advice: STOP selling ice and make quality drinks. read more

I usually love Gravity but this specific one is NOT it. Service was slow, as I'm ordering she says hold on the music is too loud so she has to take a step out. The coffee I usually order is an iced white chocolate mocha and Gravity never fails with the balance of sweetness and coffee but this spot all I could taste was milk. She was also messy with my coffee spilling over the cup and onto the lid she had to wipe it before handing it to me but even then there was still coffee on the outside of my cup also dripping from the lid. Overall I won't be going to this spot again. read more

Stopped by , because it looked different than other coffee shops . It was like a drive through , but there was no intercom to speak to someone to order . An employee walks to you to take orders . Sometimes this process is pretty slow . They have a confusing menu , but we just went with a hot latte , cold mocha and some cookies and cakes . Latte was awesome .. tasted really good . Mocha wasn't good . It was like fully chocolate (like dark chocolate) and very little milk . Couldn't finish even quarter of the drink . We did like the cup cake and cookie . But overall everything was slightly priced high .. it was an average experience overall.. read more

Ok I come here a lot...usually service is decent but omg the bees are insane flying all in my car (I'm terrified of bees) Workers aren't concerned with it at all. The manager I'm assuming she was...extremely rude. We were unaware that tea were put in mimosa energy drinks so when we ordered that's what we got, we went back in line to get it fixed and I'm assuming she's training? Idk but she yelled for him to get the drink from us as if we are scamming‍. I don't care but it was odd. She looks at us as if we did something wrong for the tea situation and had a bad attitude about it. Didn't listen or ask what we wanted instead (flavors)we also asked originally for no ice but she didn't pay attention to us or our original order so majority of that 32oz was ice. She has a horrible attitude. Needs addressed BAD and get rid of the bee situation. Also...most important thing.....I found a bee inside my drink in the middle. read more

I have been going to Gravity for years now, all companies have gone through changes, training, people come and go. But I will have to say that the stand i go to here at Fredrickson as been the most constant. The woman are great always cheerful, I have made Gravity at Fredrickson my A#1 stand Chris the Manager,Alisha and Sarah are the ones who have served me the most. They have done a excellent job. If you ask for light Ice i get if not tell them they will make you a new one. Way better than some of the others who think your putting them out if ask for what you want. I read some of the reviews I like that the woman come out and take your order than the speaker. depends on how many are scheduled to make that happen. I have never been waiting there more than 3 minutes, I have been to Flagship,Redondo, Auburn,Sumner and Fredrickson is my Favorite A#1 read more

Stay away from this Gravity! They do not know how to manage their line. Pulled in behind a vehicle and waited for over 10 mins to order. Had to move to the other line since it was moving faster than the line I was in. It shouldn't be that difficult to manage a line. If one vehicle is taking a little longer than normal, then someone needs to direct the traffic to the other line. That way no one is waiting for a long time. My daughter n I stopped at the one 17505 Canyon parkway E Tacoma , Washington: on 10-26-23 about 5:20pm the young girl working the window we were at one of her friends was in the car ahead of us n after them visiting. Mmm.... about 10 minutes while we waited behind her friends car they said their good byes n it was our turn. We ordered 1 hot 24oz Mocha; 1-hot 24oz latte, 1-24oz chocolate banana smoothie. The 2 girls making drinks were so busy gossiping about how another employee had left that day w/o finishing the rest or his work.... on and on, the whole time were waited for our drinks. When she handed us our drinks not even breaking a beat in her gossiping with her co-worker, we didn't know which drink was What? We ordered 2 hot n one cold, the only drink that was correct was the smoothie, the hot mocha was horried, latte was good but was supposed to be hot not cold. At this point iam not saying anything. I've already waited appox... 15 plus minutes. Oh, not to mention she had to ask our order 3 times n still didn't get it correct. This was also our first time ever ordering coffee here. Few ladies at the Frederickson location are rude as hell. Ordered Coffee a few months ago on my way to visit my brother at the hospital and a young black girl there showed up to work in a bad mood and when she handed me my coffees she just shoved them in my hand and lid popped off and spilled all over my car. She was rude after handing them too me. Same girl a few weeks later and rude and snooty again. I am always friendly and kind to them but always seem.to get the one with the stick uo their ass. Today, Feb 2nd 2025, I went to order and they were very slow because car in front was chit chatting to batista and batista was chatting away after handing over Coffee to customer. It's snowing hard and an employee walks out and starts to take our order and I tell her what I want and then out of respect we pull forward so shes not standing in the snow and we pull up and says she's not taking our order and hands it over to a guy working. We were trying to be nice and let her go inside. The women there are always rude and talk shit. Been going here since they opened and never again will I go back to this location. Ladies there need to learn respect and quit being so rude. Past 4 times I have gone here it's same girls and same bitchy attitudes. Always the 20 something ladies that have attitude and act bitchy at this location. I have friends that have said same thing and it's always this location. Need to hire better employers that can actually be kind and friendly and not so bitchy. Rude as hell.I have left $20 tips for the nice ones too. Will never go to this location again. Will go to other locations and I will make sure to spread the word for people to go to another location. I'm not only one to complain either about ladies here. They complain when you don't tip. Hmm, give friendlier,kinder service and you will get a tip. Act like a bitch and don't get shit! Coffee isn't always made correctly either. Just ordered a small iced latte drink off the menu with whole milk. Cost with tax was $8.15. I asked if they put it in as a small and she said yes the cost was bc it was made with white coffee.... And then she walked away to take the order for the car behind me. I could buy two decent meals for that price. I will not be back. read more

I've been going to this particular Gravity Coffee for awhile. I always tip, I am always friendly, and I am always patient when it takes a long time. I've worked coffee and customer service, so I get that it can be stressful and some customers can be absolute jerks. However, in all the time I've been going there, there are maybe 2 or 3 baristas (who are gone now besides one) that are actually friendly. And, they don't make me feel like I am inconveniencing them by simply being there. There is a barista (I think she might actually be a manager) that has been there for a long time, and she is SO rude EVERY. Single. Time. I am nothing but nice to her, and she makes me feel like I'm burdening her by simply being a customer. She will barely utter a word/look at me when I'm ordering and then she turns around and is giggly, smiley, and chatty to her coworkers/sometimes other customers. I like gravity because the coffee is usually good, and it's the closest option to my house that isn't Starbucks. But, as someone who has done this job before, I know it is not hard to be at least somewhat kind to your customers. ESPECIALLY the ones that are already being kind to you. There is a girl who works there that is in nursing school, and she is always very friendly and has never made me feel like I'm "interrupting" by wanting to buy a coffee. I ordered an iced earl gray tea with a wild berry infusion. It was given to me as a hot earl gray tea with nothing in it. No sweetener no berries, just a hot cup of unsweetened tea.
