Graves Jenkins seems to be one of the few estate agents in the city run by consistent and well mannered professionals. A bit of a rarity judging by mine and other Yelpers experiences!
They sell businesses premises as well as flats and houses and occasionally handle auction premises too. As the staff seem to be older and more experienced than other estate agents, they're usually more direct and straight forward to deal with. They rang me back straight away whenever I left messages about new properties and were completely honest if they thought places needed potential work like re-wiring or plaster rendering. read more
