The most life altering training I have ever encountered. I am so grateful to have found out about this training from a business partner of mine. Gratitude training is a personal development and leadership training designed to help you become aware of the way you operate in life. Once you are aware of how you operate, and the triggers that influence your behaviors, they then give you the tools to breakthrough and step out of your comfort zone to tap into your maximum potential through Masterful Living. It's amazing the things you didnt know that you didnt know. Lol It goes so much deeper than that but Its the best way I can explain it in a nutshell. I attended part 1 of the training and to my surprise it was nothing I thought it would be. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up to complete the full journey of the training. Again, it is the most transformational, inspirational, and life altering experience I have ever had. I spreaded the word to family and friends who signed up, and they too absolutely loved the training. My 19 year old daughter is currently completing the entire training and I can already see the difference in her. Had I discovered a training like this when I was a teenager I would have saved myself ALOT of growing pains. Lol I recommend the Gratitude training to anyone who is looking for personal growth, personal transformation, help tapping into their maximum potential, or finding their divine purpose in life. I have learned so much about myself it is unbelievable. Through team building exercises, I have made great friendships and connections with amazing people from all different walks of life. We have created a supportive community that is committed to giving back to the local community. We are committed to changing life as we know it by creating impactful and positive change in our communities that is inclusive and compassionate to everyone. My team is committed to making positive connections, filled with love, authenticity, and powerful results. The Gratitude training has multiple programs available to touch on many aspects of personal growth such as training for young teens, growth in relationships, coaching development, and much more. They offer these training in both Spanish and English, and they have multiple locations nationwide. In Florida, they have 3 locations, West Palm, Pompano, and Miami. This training is unbelievable and I guarantee you will thank me later! read more

I completed a full journey of gratitude training 2 years ago (plus some extra courses). Since then, I have completed so many amazing milestones that I have set for myself, for my family, for MY LIFE. I can't definitively say that I would not have completed these tasks without Gratitude Training, but what I can say is that Gratitude Training opened my eyes to possibilities that I never imagined and it propelled me forward in a major way. I have met so many amazing people that I now call family. I have cried and screamed, laughed and hollered, and danced until I could dance no more. Gratitude Training isn't perfect. Nothing ever is. But it was perfect for me when I needed a paradigm shift on how I was experiencing and viewing the world. Walk in knowing that the methods will appear strange. Walk in knowing that you won't like everything that you are asked to to do. And most importantly, walk in with your heart and mind open, and you will have an experience worth being #Grateful about. read more

I was invited by a friend to participate iqn the first of three phases. The cost to attend was $100. It was intense and interesting...enough to be talked into spending 1K on the next of three sessions. The pressure was enormous. Of the few friends I'd made during the 1st phase, we were somewhat skeptical of the pressure we'd gotten to continue on. The term cult was often used in a somewhat cautionary way. I decided to go on to the second phase. It was extremely personal, invasive and threatening. By threatening, I mean, either get with the program or be humiliated and threatened. As the second phase wound down, the emphasis was on continuing to the third and last phase, requiring an even bigger financial obligation. We were intimidated to continue on and for those without sufficient funds, to aid them as well. In my group of 50 or so, only two of us chose not to pay and continue immediately to the last phase. From that point on, I was ostracized. This was when I truly looked at what was happening and realized that it was not only a cult, but a pyramid scheme. The emphasis was to recruit beyond the three phases of training. This organization looks to recruit souls who are damaged and vulnerable. There's no substance beyond the training. No support. No followup. This is a dangerous money pit. Beware. read more

I cannot give this program enough praise. I was living in the San Francisco when I was told of the training from a friend who I trusted. So I signed up for the 4 day part 1, secured an Airbnb and flew to West Palm Beach to attend. I was impressed enough to commit to paying for and attending the part 2 about 1 month later. I flew back out for part 2 and I must say, this was the most profound and eye/mind/heart opening 5 days in a row I have ever experienced. So I signed up for the 3 month part 3. Back home in SF I had a cushy sales job making just over $100k/yr but I wasn't 'passionate' about it so I used this as an opportunity to take a risk, quit, and move out to FL for at least the 3 months of the program. Those 3 months turned into 3 years and have just recently moved back out west where I much prefer the climate. I was there 3 years because after graduating I kept soaking up the community and the lessons as a coach of the trainings. One of the many results is a healed relationship with my dad. Before, I blamed him, but over time I saw how I was accountable and if I truly wanted a relationship I could make it happen. Or find peace without having the relationship, but either way at least I would go for it. In one conversation we both told each other that yes, we want a connected relationship and now we speak all the time, this Sept 2019 will even be our 3rd annual Tough Mudder event in 3 different states with 4 of us Nordwall men. Professionally, I am a life coach (focusing on healing the mind and committing to Peace and awakening) and a creative writer in the process of writing my first book. This has been a slow 2+ year process but I am doing it and never before did I think I could design a life of my dreams. There is nothing "magic" about the trainings. People go through and some get value, some don't. I will say this though. If a person goes through with an openness and a commitment to look inside and be responsible for how their life is unfolding, I have never experienced such possibility in transformation before. I want everyone I love to go through this. read more

I finished part 1 GT. it was fine. I signed up for Pt 2 and paid. Covid hit. I was trying to get information about the session I was signed up for in late March. I called and got the response that " Our work is so important that we are not cancelling." I was coming from the Pacific Northwest. I had accommodations, a rental car and a flight to manage. The site was in Pompano Beach FL. a hot spot for Covid. After another week went by I got an email saying they were canceling our part 2. I asked for my money back at that point. Once I completed 9 days of Gratitude training part 1, and 2 my life changed to a higher level in all areas of my life. I had been living in fear, blame and anger about my father with my childhood experiences that kept me in bondage. My parents live 2 miles away. I stayed far away from him and on holidays I ate alone for 15 years. The exercises in the course freed me from all that darkness baggage I was carrying !! My victim story disappeared. My relationship with my dad now is a clear space to create a new relationship. I am able to be in the same room with him and the constant complaints have disappeared!! My Therapist of 7 years has released me from coming to her weekly anymore . She sees a shift in my being. This course is my miracle. I can share so many more stories. You're welcome to reach out to me and I will tell you more! read more

Gratitude Training gave a whole new meaning to life and understanding yourself and those around you. Without giving too much details. I was a skeptic about this. I didn't want anything to over cloud my Christian faith in what I believe to be true so this was hard for me. I read all the reviews negative and good. I went in with the negative reviews about it being "cult-like" in the back of my head. I proceeded with caution because I always had the option to leave if I were uncomfortable. Trust me...I was uncomfortable the entire time. That's the entire theme of it all (plus more). It's to get you out of your mind, your thoughts and where you've placed yourself in your life and this world. It has brought about great awareness. The experiences were hard, difficult and challenging and strange. But I pushed through and was so glad I did. I have come away with connections with others that I would never have before. Reviews are perspectives and you have to treat it as such. Go in with a open heart and you'll see in the end what it's all about. read more

I have been doing personal development for over 10 years as both a student and a leader...I have never found a more profound training in my life. I have recommended this training to every single one of my students...for me it has been life changing...I have produced extraordinary results in creating a transformational course for kids and teens, my finances have increased and the people who I have met through these trainings are now friends for life. Just run! If you are in search of a discovery program that takes the time to listen and care, opt for Self Discovery in Ft Lauderdale! (The GPS course is amazing!) Anywhere else in the country, contact me and I can provide you with info for workshops (in just about every state to spare you from Gratitude). Seriously, it sounds great in theory, but I am determined to ensure that no one attends this b/s training blindly. So you do the pre work, including medical history, and pay. They give you rules and proceed to selectively accommodate your needs. Let me preface this by saying, I simply attended the training based on the recommendation of one person. I have an amazing life...dream job, genuine relationships with family and friends. I simply signed up to better myself and meet like minded people. [[Enter Gratitude Cult]] Everything was fine and dandy until the 3rd day, post meal break. I come back to training to find everyone dancing until we sit. Moments later instructions are given for the A to Z "contest". Being a week out of a cast for breaking my foot/ankle in 3 places (due to a previous injury that severed the nerves in my other foot, leaving me without feeling to balance), I approached the nearest coach to inform them that I could not physically be a part of said competition. I was told to be creative and work around it. I received suggestions to "roll" across the room or ask to be lifted and carried on a chair across the room. Firstly, I explained that in no way was safe as I still had a hematoma and rolled ankle. Not one coach gave a damn. I had already lost almost 2 months of work from the injury and was not physically in a position to risk someone mishandling my foot/ankle. Not only did no coach respect the limitation, they talked down to me for even bringing it up! I explained that I had enrolled in the course just one week earlier and if that sort of activity was mentioned in the medical release section, I would have opted for the workshop the month after. So while they accommodated one lady who could not stand on the first night for ground rules, and allowed her to raise her hand and last night allowed another lady who said she couldn't sit or lay on the floor to remain seated, they all of a sudden could not accommodate me. Final straw was when Chris, one of the two main trainers came to speak AT me. With a raised voice, he told me I didn't have integrity and was not keeping my word by leaving. I responded that he did not have integrity in that he was shaming me for something, a physical condition, I had no control of. His response was that 'now the real context was coming out in bringing about shaming'. He also told me I was not thinking outside of the box, etc. Interesting as he can preach but not practice that. Perhaps he could have thought outside of the box and allowed me to do an exercise I was physically capable of instead of talking down to me. And no, I have no need to be right or any of the bullshit that Gratitude spews but can not even follow themselves! Even better, I was informed after the night of training that Chris told the group of 100+ people that I chose to leave simply because 'my foot was bothering me'. Add that into my "coach" proceeding to tell my small group the same bullshit story!! So, forget about the training being a 'safe space'. They not only allow but encourage a room full of people to side with them and talk down about anyone who has an opinion they don't agree with. Ironically enough I today had committed to approach everyone with compassion?! Reality is, the trainers and coaches should be the ones committing to that. There are so many legitimate companies that offer discovery training...yes, organizations with leadership that genuinely cares...Gratitude is NOT one of them! I am grateful that I was able to spend 3 days learning what kind of organization this is, what kind of people it attracts, and know better. Reading reviews I see that people who have done all of the training still don't even get the takeaway...Gratitude training didn't "get" or "give you anything - your attitude or change of is what gives you the life you wanted. And seriously, it sounds like therapy would have been a smarter option for most! read more

I am in the midst of the 3rd part of Gratitude Training--a transfomational workshop that is changing my life! I understand that there are lots of negative and scary reviews and frankly I was nervous to begin. It sounded to me like the kind of organization I'd avoided my whole life for their cult-like quality. Well, if this is a cult, I'm very, very grateful to be a member! A loving friend recommended Gratitude Training recently, at a time when I was at a crossroads, seeking a way to shift my life into a more abundant way of living and drop the baggage I've carried for so many decades so that I could move more freely and happily. The things I learned and experienced took acts of courage and each one built on the one the that followed until I saw a magnificent whole. I learned more about myself, determined a vision for myself and the world, and grew in ways I could never have imagined. And the parts that took courage were well-balanced by the environment of love, joy and community. I can't remember ever crying for joy, but I have done so more times than I can count. One of the things I love about Gratitude Training is the 3-part design. In the first part you discover very different ways of seeing the world. In part two you draw on that understanding as you go through experiences that deepen that knowledge and give you an internal felt sense of what that means. And now, entering the third part, I am being lovingly coached to implement my learning and understanding and I find myself living life very differently, more fully, more happily. My childhood was tough on me and I spent too much of my life walking around with an empty core inside and now I am filling it up and finding joy in doing so! read more

I first enrolled in the Gratitude Training Part 1 in February of 2016. Since graduating from Part3 a/k/a ML or Masterful Living I have been able to transform not only my life but all of my relationships. During the journey I learned skills that I get to implement in my daily life. From re-connecting with family members to improving and strengthening good relationships. Since graduation I have established my own business, adopted a yoga practice, learned to meditate and created strong bonds and friendships within the community with people who are equally committed to connection, love and supporting one another. read more

It's a business. By design they make trainees uncomfortable and embarrass them only build them up after. This "Pressure & Release" technique is applied in the same vein as when police apply "Good cop Bad cop". The instructor has trainees go through numbers of exhausting exercises over long days to make them vulnerable and desperate for the instructor's approval. One exercise, supposedly designed to help give and receive feedback, had trainees in a circle of roughly 60, assess the people around them, and pick 6 attractive and 6 unattractive people. After doing so they were instructed to share their opinions with the individuals face to face. How demoralising. The real gain here is for gratitude health to break down the trainees and exhaust them. They are not only crippling the unattractive people but some of these trainees who are in committed relationship are being coherced into hitting on others in the group. They make you sign a contract AFTER paying that states if you do not participate in any one exercise you must leave altogether without a refund. After commiting to said contract, one is more inclined to subject themselves to much more abuse in order to hopefully get to the light at the end of the tunnel which is.... the opportunity to sign up for more of the same in level 2 & 3. If you have the money for this training please seek actuall professional help from someone who is an educated licensed professional as opposed to subjecting yourself to the influence of instructors, with made up titles, who are following a curriculum that was designed by a company to profit off of people's insecurities. read more

I have nothing but GRATITUDE for GRATITUDE! Completely life changing! I started Part 1 pretty lost as to who I was after 10 years of being a mom. I completed all three parts, including ML (Master Living) and it has been one of THE best decisions of my life. I have found a community of loving, empowering, supportive friends who would have my back, anytime, anywhere. Through the trainings, I have also redesigned my life! I am now teaching children Mindfulness and Self Esteem exercises at my son's school, my relationship with my Life Partner and family is a 10, I am closer to my friends than I ever have been. I am a kinder, more compassionate, passionate, giver. I am joyful, loving, vibrant, and fearless - totally accountable for who I am and how I choose to show up in this world. My experience with the Gratitude Trainings has been amazing. I started Part 1 in February 2018 and completed Part 3 (Masterful Living) at the beginning of June 2018. I also just completed the Sacred Feminine workshop that they offer. One of the best things about the Gratitude Trainings is that they do not offer a one size fits all solution. In fact, they do not offer any solutions. They simply give different perspectives allowing the trainings to be completely individualized. read more

Gratitude training is a place where people go that are lacking empathy, awareness that they are not the only human being with feelings, social graces, and emotional intelligence. This is a place for most selfish human being you can imagine and it teaches them to appreciate things - imagine that. It's basically a place where you're taught "how not to be a c u next tuesday". You will at least walk away with some level of social grace and it might even help you be a pleasant person and turn some relationships around. My interaction with their graduates is they do come out nicer but it does not fix the decay in their soul but it might temporarily. So if your deeply unsatisfied with your life and need to go to school on how not to be a jerk and to appreciate the people in your life you've been --itting on, this is FOR YOU! read more

You will never experience anything like this anywhere else! I have recommended this training to everyone I know. I have taken all 3 parts and have started coaching in the trainings because of the work. I walked into my part 1 thinking I knew exactly what I was going to hear and do -I left that training with a whole other set of tools and discovery about the stories and the "operating system" I was living in and how I was or was -or wasn't -creating the results in my life. The time flew by and one of the most incredible benefits I received is I have a community -a tribe -a village- of amazing people from all walks of life, and who live both near and far-that I call -and love -like family. If there is any part of your life that you are not creating the most extraordinary results -I say "take part 1" see what happens. Your life is waiting for you! What do you have to lose? read more

I have spent the last 6 years trying to accept my life, forgive myself for the things that have caused me pain and suffering. The things --- quite literally were my perceptions. I could not control my dad leaving, my first love dying, my medical diagnosis, but I could choose to look at the bright sides I was given despite these very real-life situations. Life is a choice, happiness is a choice, we choose to live or we choose to die a slow, boring and or and painful death. I have read many books, scientific and otherwise, studied the brain and the development of it in an effort to understand my choices in life or rather lack thereof, studied adverse childhood experiences and their impacts on my development and health, attended many retreats, sought the professional help of therapists, hypnotists, and healers of all kinds. This training has essentially provided me with all the tools I spent 6 years learning about but not knowing how to put into practice. I have been able to self reflect and actualize through 60 other people, who share my pain in many ways. We are all but mere reflections of each other. No matter how different our stories, many of us are plagued with the same pains. GT helped me understand where the pains came from, why I chose them, and how to let them go. Is it going to be an immediate change? No. That is up to me. An existential depression or confusion cannot easily be fixed or accepted as it takes effort. As is life, a choice to better yourself, let go, and love. For those of you out there who are so defined by social expectations, whose egos are larger than your desire for happiness, perhaps you will find this difficult, or culty. But no one here forces you to do anything. It is your choice. Always. Walk away- yes they will try to help you understand that your walking away is because of your own fear narratives, and some of you won't get it. But for those of you who do, you will be better off for it. finally, why people think this is a cult? We all see the feeling of belonging. We all on some level seek community. Gratitude training offers a wide selection of people who have succeeded and failed just like you, of people who closely resemble yourself. Why wouldn't you want to be a part of people who understand you? To be understood, to feel like you belong is one of the best feelings next to LOVE. read more

Gratitude Training is an educational experience that assists students in learning "how you are, who you are and what you can be." I am grateful for the tools that I acquired 30 years ago when I took the Lifespring Training, the basis for what is now known as Gratitude Training. Since I connected with the Gratitude Community in May 2014, being involved has supported and reinvigorated me. Experiential education suits me perfectly. Gratitude Training has taken the original course material to the next level improving on the original coursework of the Lifespring Training in many ways not the least of which is during Part 3, known as Masterful Living. During this course, the participants raise money and volunteer their time in support of a selected non profit organization, upgrading their facilities cosmetically, installing Vegetable gardens and providing love and support for the beneficiaries of the non profit organizations, such that they know that they matter. So far 80 or so organizations in West Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Detroit and Charlotte have benefited from the participantion of several thousand Gratitude Training students in brightening up and making their organization a more suitable place to serve others. read more
