During that year my experience was great. I paid and scheduled via text. The experience was flawless. I had such a good experience the previous year, I decided to go for another try. Unfortunately, this time my experience was not good at all. Poor communication. Disregard text communications. Little to no regard, not apologetic. She happily took my money and no service was rendered.

The store is packed with goodies - books, crystals, candles, incense, cards, jewelry, etc. They are on the pricey side. Honestly, I was a bit put off by how pricey the products are. I was looking for black tourmaline, I found some, raw cut and smooth. But again, they are overpriced (IMO). I bought two stones that are smaller than a quarter for $1 apiece. I would have bought more but needed a few other things. I bought several candles for specific uses. I love the way they provide labels for each candle so you'll remember by the time you're ready to use them. I also bought some cleansing tools - sage, palo santo, mugwort, and clear quartz crystals. I went to this shop for the first time and felt such serenity. I could have honestly been there all day. The owners were great. I told them I wanted to help my mother but didn't give them any details. They directed me to get the 7 chakra candles and crystals that were prepared with reiki by Armando. He instructed me how they should be used and it worked. My mother meditated with the candles and crystals on numerous occasions and not only did all her medical evaluations come back negative she's healthier than she's been in a long time. I feel that she is better not only because she has had a positive attitude and I gave her those candles with love but also because of how they were prepared. Thank you both so much!!!I'm hoping to see you both again and continue to learn from you. Kathy A.
