Tula asked to meet me to show me her insurance & bond bc they are 'dealing with many scammers & unsolicitors'. While not super convenient, I agreed to meet, saying that it was important for me to first verify her insurance before hiring her. She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. I don't appreciate tactics like this that have wasted a lot of my time and also made it seem like my request was unreasonable, or that I don't trust them. I specifically wanted some deep cleaning of my appliances and some baseboards throughout the house which I moved into, that wasn't cleaned before. Got an appointment set up and the cleaners came. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I will be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs.

I was worried they'd do a "one-size fits all" approach and leave stuff behind, but nope! Zoya arrived on time and got to work immediately in my bathroom. Every part of my bathroom was cleaned, including my toiletries within the shower, as well as my stuff on the bathroom shelf. Cleaned and organized! She dusted my ceiling fan like I noted in the questionnaire, vacuumed and dusted the entire living room, and even cleaned out the mildewy window sill I'd been putting off forever. She easily could've skipped over that, but didn't. My kitchen was also left spotless. She vacuumed the kitchen carpet, wiped down all counters, and even arranged the spices I keep on top of the oven. I'd never even thought to do that myself and it made my kitchen look so much better. She even rearranged my fridge magnets after she cleaned off the outside of the fridge.
