I was at my son's house over the weekend to do some work, and I found myself seriously disappointed again. My son was not able to stay while they worked, and they took advantage of that. They "trimmed" a tree for him. They also took him for thousands. They removed 5 limbs from a tree. All of which could be reached with a ladder. They charged 3000.00. There were no power lines in the area. The limbs that they cut were not over the structures. There was no clean up, no hauling away, nothing. Just limbs down. I will definitely not be recommending them again. It seems that they only do a decent job if you stand there and watch them.

I was quoted $50 for every two weeks and they would bill me monthly. When the bill came due they gave me a discount which I did not expect. They use a decent payment system via Quickbooks so I just paid with a card, no cash, no sketchy apps on my phone digging in my bank account. Really well done. Yes I recommend them. I wanted a locally owned company, (which they are not) and cancelled because the communication was awful. There was never any indication that service was completed or what type of service was done, so I cancelled, or so I thought. Spring Green's email goes un-replied and un-monitored obviously. I received another treatment after I cancelled, but was told by agent ( I didn't cancel the right way) so I continued being called and texted weekly for a $50 bill. If only I had received this type of communication while I was a customer, but again, not locally owned, so they don't care, unless it's a bill. Hence, I reluctantly paid it, (because I had cancelled) and hopefully that is the last communication, but I chose to go to Oasis Lawn care, which is locally owned and operated and am very happy with the results.
