All Barlean's products are induction sealed so no oxygenation can occur. Therefore, they are shelf stable until opened as long as the product doesn't sit in high heat for a prolonged period of time. You should, however, refrigerate our liquid supplements after opening. This store is well laid out and well stocked for the most part. Would like to see more organic nuts, flours and bars. Cereal is overpriced compared to the stores listed below. Vitamins are more expensive than other health/vitamin stores...but you have to drive to Abilene for Natural Grocers or Drug Emporium. Considering the convenience of this store...it's a wash except for not having as much variety.

I intentionally stood there for 5 minutes waiting for him to assist me and he did not. Again, was too worried about whatever was on tv. I eventually asked him "what's a good brand?" and he responded with "all the BCAAs are to the right. Right there in front of you". I said "I know that but what is a good brand?" And he replied "oh they're all basically the same". He wasn't even listening to my question, was too worried about what was on TV.
