    This company is the worst. I've called about my gutters needing cleaning see the picture. The NEVER call back! I couldn't go out my front door because it was like a waterfall. I'd give no stars if possible. I wish there was something I could do. I have to pay condo dues and they do NOTHING

    Imagine living in a home and wanting to have your grandma visit. Oops jk they'll tow her car cause they're bored and want more money.

    God I wish I could give negative stars. This place is an absolute JOKE! the highest HOA in the area and they can't even run a complex. Rather than addressing and finding a proper solution to the insane parking situation, they choose to tow tenants. INCLUDING people who have OWNED property before this "company" even got here. There's just something not right about towing a disabled elderly woman's car during Christmas in the middle of a global pandemic. It's absolutely ridiculous that as a home owner, we must watch our cars like a hawk when we pay thru the nose to even live there(as owners). There's literally two different towing companies posted at the front of the complex too so good luck trying to figure out where to pick up your car. They hired people to sneak around at night with flashlights and they get to decide who's car they get to steal. It's actually disgusting how money hungry they are. This place is an absolute DUMP as well. They have an obsession with not allowing people to have plants on their own balcony, yet it seems trash bags and old doors are totally cool? Love the consistency. If you're looking to buy or rent a home here RUN! They even pay some guy for "maintenance" LMAO OKAY! This dude doesn't do anything. There's been a human sized pile of crap next to the dumpsters for about two weeks now, which is real cute. This is just the tip of the iceberg lol and try getting a hold of these people! It's almost as if they know they're shady and have to hide from us. Weird. They don't care about anything but money, so I doubt they'll get it thru their heads that they don't know how to manage a condo complex. Again, we are experiencing a global pandemic and this is just another heartless business trying to capitalize off of our private property. Absolutely disgusting.

Laura, the property manager, has been the most knowledgeable, responsive and friendliest of all the managers I have worked with. She is simply outstanding! I spoke with him, too, and he came across to me as smart, competent, and very able to rent our house. This was mid-July of 2020. By December 31, his assistant, Laura, wrote us to say there wasn't interest in our house. We immediately called another property manager who genuinely couldn't understand why the house hadn't been rented. She had a signed rental contract 8 days later. Read that last sentence again. This is why I'm writing this review. During the almost 6 month period we had the house with SCPR, I received a few emails from Laura: The prospective renter wanted $ off the rent, or had some other ask. We always compromised with the request, but nothing ever happened. The house was furnished when we signed the contract with Chris. At the time he said that it added a challenge, but that they would get it done. At some point Laura indicated that, because the house was furnished, they were having a hard time finding renters. When the house was still unrented in November, my wife and I went up, packed up the furnishings and asked them to take new photos. Then came a couple more of the same asks: Would we take $ off the rent, etc., etc.? Nothing happened with the home. Then the "nobody's interested in your property" email. I'll leave it at this: Our experience was that our house sat empty for almost 6 months, immediately followed by the next property manager raising the asking rent by $200/month (from the asking price that SCPR set) and it was rented in 8 days! I was looking to refinance our property due to the rumored crazy low interest rates. I was referred to another company (Stearns) by a close friend and they offered me 1.01% lower than my current rate. This was a nice savings for me but I was skeptical and wanted to play the game searching for something better. This is when I started reaching out to others I knew. Next was 1.25% lower than my current rate. This was good too but I wasn't done. Sheila came in as the winner by being able to offer me the rate of the day lowering my rate 1.375% lower than my current. I immediately jumped on board. Right away I could tell the level of service and detail that Sheila provides in her profession. I was asked questions I've never been asked before raising my antenna as to why nobody at these other companies asked me these questions. She even took the time to explain a lot of things, and I mean a lot, she basically had to hold my hand at points because I'm not very familiar with these processes and this industry and I ask a lot, and I mean a lot of questions. She was patient, kind and professional all throughout the processes. I greatly appreciate having someone who is knowledgeable, experienced as well as kind to make this process as smooth and seem less as possible. Untrustworthy for the renters…read more If you're renting and your property management company automatically enrolls you in an RBP (Renter Benefits Package) -- push back immediately. Be very persistent, get everything in writing, and clearly state that you do not want it. In my opinion, it's not beneficial at all. Everything included in the RBP can be obtained for free elsewhere. I genuinely believe it's a scam. My experience with Pure Property Management has been, quite literally, the worst. I feel they crossed serious boundaries by using my personal information to report to credit bureaus without my permission. Even though I don't have any negative marks, I never authorized this, and they act like it's completely normal and legal. They have repeatedly refused to meet with me in person to go over their policies, and they won't clearly send them either. Instead, they hide behind emails and generic responses, clearly drafted with help from their legal team. In my experience, their policies change often, and renters are not informed when they do. It's somehow on the renter to constantly follow up and keep track of changes -- which is unreasonable. They do not work with their renters. In my opinion, they don't care, they aren't transparent, and they make things intentionally confusing. I believe they rely on sneaky practices to make quick money -- like automatically enrolling renters in the RBP and charging for it. They later changed the policy to allow renters to opt out, but never properly informed anyone that this was an option. Personally, I call it the "scam package." Based on my experience, I would avoid Pure Property Management at all costs.

    I've never written a review for a landlord, let alone a positive one, but Pure has earned it. I've…read morebeen renting from Pure for over a year and unlike every other landlord I've rented from all across this great state, they respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and they actually resolve repair issues instead of cheap temporary fixes. I feel like the reviews by people who've never actually had them as landlords should be removed, I can't figure out why their score is so low on here. I am super happy and would rent from them again.
