Sometimes busy, but the park itself has not too many things, it's more of a street skatepark tho.

We walked through security to enter, which was a pretty easy process and I appreciated the additional safety. They had so many different areas hosting different parts of the festival. I was impressed by the amphitheater and seating here. I visited to see the bean, but the park as a whole was really cool! While there's a lot of people, it doesn't necessarily feel crowded because it's so vast and spacious. This is a tourist spot definitely worth visiting.

I still can't believe that I made it here...absolutely feeling like a tourist (which I was) but as we were crossing the street I could already see a glimmer of the Cloud Gate shine and just couldn't believe how massive it really was. Not only it was massive so was the park as there were many features with a restaurant water feature and even various art scattered all around it's not just the Bean that many come here for but to just take in the beauty that sits right in the middle of a massive city giving you some bit of nature and fun all in one area. I'd return here in a heartbeat as I don't think that I'd see it's full glory but am so grateful to have a moment to take it all in as we just have moments to enjoy each and every day and this one was just as special to share with friends that enjoyed it all as well. Thank you!

After a wonderful morning visiting Shedd Aquarium it was nice to continue to enjoy the stunning view of the lake though getting back into town we stroll through Grant Park filled with joggers and folks taking a stroll I can see why as it's just so nice and clean with benches to take breaks or to just take in the views is nice. Although we just passed through this massive park it was nice to enjoy a bit of nature with a huge city as it did give much of a calmer and peaceful vibe just steps from the hustle is an oasis worth visiting if you're ever in Chicago. Thank you!

This is a beautiful, long park with a huge beautiful fountain at the center. It's easy to see why so many people choose this spot for wedding or graduation photos, or just come here to stroll, relax, and enjoy the weather. During the event, there were lots of vendors set up around the outside of the park. We grabbed ice cream and food, and it was really convenient to come back afterward and continue enjoying the space. My only critique is that one area toward the back of the park had a very strong sewage smell, and the ground was wet and mushy. I'm not sure what that area is typically used for, but it definitely seemed like it could use some better upkeep. Overall though, this is a lovely park with a great atmosphere, and I'd definitely recommend stopping by for a walk, photos, or a special event.

I haven't skated on the surface, but my son says it's well maintained and much better than his home rink. The bar and food offerings are decent and the bathrooms and locker rooms are clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the adjacent parking lot is hit or miss, depending on what events are concurrently happening at the arena. One of the games happened to be on Blackhawk's Season Ticket holder appreciation night, so it was a challenge to find parking. Also, I appreciate it when security is consistent. Our last time there, there was no one at the door so everyone was walking around the metal detector. The staff in general has been helpful, but one other warning... the vending machines overcharge you (I think it's a $6 hold) for each transaction and it doesn't get released for a few days, but it's not very clear on the vending machine itself. We thought we got charged $12 for two bags of chips. We did get credited properly a few days later, however the arena manager was rude and unsympathetic to the situation, responding, "That's just how it is. We don't own those machines." We'll be back.
