Then the gutter people came...... The supervisor (eye roll), constantly trashed talked the siding people and continually pointed out items we would come to regret later. They came out and reclaimed their door, but they withheld funds for a few weeks insisting that I remove my online reviews. I told them that wasn't going to happen and I would take legal action if I didn't receive a refund since they now had my door, which they finally did. I am appreciative that 12 months after this engagement started that they finally did the right thing, but it took a lot of time and persistance. I have raised my rating from a one star to a two star.

They removed old shingles and stone and replaced with new siding, rebuilt the front porch deck, added stained cedar support columns, installed new deck railing (front and back decks), replaced the front door and window, installed all new soffits and gutters, and repainted the entire house. Customer service and communication were also top notch. If we had a question or concern, someone always responded quickly. The workers on site were courteous and always picked up at the end of each day (moving equipment and supplies out of driveways/walkways and making sure any nails or debris were cleared away).
