We initially retained them for regularly scheduled irrigation system visits, and their policy appears to be to inform their customers of their arrival at the last minute and not respond to requests to reschedule. These visits require access to our utility room, and we knew weeks in advance that we would not be home for a scheduled visit. We called multiple times, leaving voicemails, and e-mailed multiple times, to no avail. The technician showed up anyways, which was inefficient for everyone. The workmanship is fine, but the customer service is shoddy and unresponsive. I would not recommend this vendor, pending a significant change to their customer service practices.
