Fresh baked goods, good coffee and an enjoyable atmosphere in the heart of Palencia within walking distance from the main plaza. Granier is apparently a Spanish chain that has many delicious snacks to choose from. I ordered a cortado with a Spanish ham and tomato sandwich. Both were quite good. The coffee woke me up straight away and inspired me to sing a song from Moana through the streets of Palencia. Pros: open during siesta offering fresh food and coffee, there is a clean bathroom available for patrons, and there are a good amount of tables. They accommodate various dietary restrictions, even offering lactose-free milk. read more
