And being a five minute drive from Leeds city centre, it becomes convenient golf on a budget. The perfect place to master your short game, the course only has a few 300+ yard holes, with most being in the late 1 and early 2 hundred yarders. Look out for the WW2 bomb-hole on the seventh! Not beautifully kept, but perfectly playable, and at these prices (£1 for trolley hire) you just have no cause for complaint.

Wayward shots invariably either ends up with a lost ball or if found an almost impossible shot to get out! The greens are a pleasure to putt. All in all a very enjoyable golf course.
