Charter Oak, I have had stays there and you guys were so awesome back then. Bring back recovery, panels, meetings, therapeutic recovery.. and please bring back the free time doing coloring, encouragement, puzzles, arts and crafts.. you heal the body also heal the mind. Not only should the patients be taken care of well but the staff! Someone needs to advocate for these CNAs and LVN's. Without them there would be nothing. Most of the management has changed and although it was bad with them, it's even worse now with the new management. Have you seen the inside of those showers? Filthy with mold and no air circulation. Everything is out of order, when it rains it leaks in the building. The residents bathrooms are gross. The employees bathrooms are gross. The food is gross. There is no order. You will not receive the care that your family member deserves.
