Stick to lawns, bag the clippings. You obviously can't bag snow, or remove it, only move it where it's not wanted. Try recruiting in Canada instead of Jamaica. The 3 elderly ladies that fell climbing over your crap and were injured hope that you 1) Have good insurance 2) Never come back.

We agreed on a day and time and he confirmed it. The NIGHT before, he cancelled. He knew we planned on being there during the installation. He knew we took a day off of work to be there and even rented a car for it which we told him we arranged. We pleaded "please do not cancel". Ryan put another job in place of ours, he decided another client was more valuable than us. He also said we did not need to be there. Clearly, we did. We would have never allowed these dead plants to be planted. We told him, of course we wanted to be there, planned on being there, no question, it is our home, our investment. First bad sign. He values HIS time, but our time is not valuable to HIM. Now, the worst part. He installed dead and almost dead plants. They were unhealthy, sparse and tiny plants with NO FLOWERS!. These were the complete opposite of what we agreed to, what we asked for and paid for. We asked for full and lush, with flowers just like the pics that were shown to us. These plants are easy to find everywhere you go on the Cape. There are plants that are in full bloom ~ with flowers, ready to plant. The pictures tell you everything you need to know about why you should never use this company or try to deal with the owner when things are not right. Ryan will not admit he made any mistake and you'll get stuck with his unreasonable and unprofessional answer. He will ignore your texts, and phone calls. He says, "it will grow". WTF??? It will grow? Are you kidding me? We gave Ryan every opportunity to make this right and he refused. The "landscape designer" is his friend. Both are unprofessional and have zero talent, they should be avoided. They blame each other. We are out $2,650.00 and $450.00 for his friend David Desley. Just don't put yourself through this horrible and costly disaster. Find someone else....ANYONE else but this guy and this company.
