When the job was completed, there were still branches hanging over my roof. Dan said he was unable to remove them because they were part of an "unbalanced tree." He still charged me the full price. I hired Cape & Island Tree Service to do the least amount of work, and they did less than that!

Ademire with Moriah and his teams were professional, flexible and respectful throughout the entire process. Ademire answered all of my many questions before we contracted his company, and he communicated promptly in every stage of the project. His crews were on time and worked with us to tailor key elements, such as final grading and sprinkler head positions (thanks, Alex), all with a smile and no skimping on time or materials. A special compliment as well to his plumbing service for expert install of the irrigation back flow valve and to Mass HydroSeed for prompt and friendly service. All in all, we are very pleased and can recommend Moriah Landscaping without reservation.

I cannot climb a ladder anymore and finding that perfect company is tough in Cape Cod. Today some incredible workers from Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys, Bobby, Drew and Tim pulled into the driver and went right to work cleaning 75 feet of gutter front and back and of course 50 feet on the backside is second story! Did I mention that there was zero sun out today, it was miserable. From the moment the pulled ladders off the trucks until that knock on the with Bobby reviewing the days job. Never a peep, just pure mission accomplishment from this team. If you live on Cape COD and are surrounded by beautiful maples and pines watch what they pull out of your gutters. If you are thinking you can skip a gutter cleaning, don't make that error. If you want the best company to do this ugly task, stick with Bobby, Tim and Drew from Cape COD Gutter Monkeys, Mashpee Ma. You will be thrilled from your beginning call to Molly in the office and on time arrival of the team. I am sold on this company and you will be too. Last year Bobby and a talented crew installed new commercial sized gutters for me! It's been a year of outstanding operation of those gutters! Gutter Monkeys of Cape Cod! Very prompt communication, amazing turn around time and excellent time planning for handling engineering and townhall inspections without our help. Our lot is difficult to access in terms of elevation drops and narrow passages, and yet it turned out to be possible thanks to Ed team's skills and what seems to be a really wide range of available machinery. We are very grateful Ed also helped solving a very annoying landscape problem just because he wanted to help out and he happened to have the right machine. It saved lots of time and money for sure.

Used my authorized CC# from an earlier charge for an UNAUTHORIZED job that WAS NOT completed for ten days. It took me days of attempts before I was able to reach someone. Not acceptable ! Bottom line, the job promised is horrible. Unfinished (sprinklers/mulch/rocks)...I wanted large round rocks as a focal point (I have an anchor) and surround with more smaller river rock designs. I will post of the horrendous finished state...looks like a cemetery (stone pillars?). I will also post a picture of my idea with the big round rocks and my anchor. That's was supposed to be the idea plan for the area. Easy upkeep. I also gave him ideas with other pictures of larger flatter rocks with ground cover gradually growing over them. The only photo he ever sent me was near the end of a design he had made up with River rock, an anchor, and a boat. I don't know where he got that idea from. I do not want a boat, but that's all he ever sent me. I would not recommend this company at all for many reasons. The finished product speaks for itself. Unfinished crap.
