And he is an absolute perfectionist, you will only get it back after it's totally balanced. When you get your prop back it will perform better than new. Each function listed above has handled my business in a professional manner. Not to mention the whole staff at SRS MOTORSPORTS are customer-first oriented. Ex: I got a call from customer service saying my part was in for a Polaris repair. (yes, I broke something) I asked about repair timing. This was Tue. I was told maybe.....they could get to it by Thu. Oh. And it would be about $90 for the labor to replace the part. OK. I loaded it on the trailer and took it to SRS service. To cut to the chase.... Patrick, Service Boss, conferred with his technician(s), and told me that if I could stick around they might could fix it THEN. OK. I went inside and said hello to Mike, Melissa, Jesse, Murphy, Jim, all the parts folks and others that I know who make my visits invaluable and outstanding. (I missed Heather) Then Patrick came out after 15 mins and said I was finished, loaded up and handed me a $25 Invoice. They had actually loaded up the quad. I live in the Liberty area. It was 75 minutes from the time I left, got my Polaris 570 EPS fixed, and I was back at home ready to ride. After I thought it would be 2 trips and 4-5 days to get it back. Especially with the poetry reading and rotation of musicians doing the music of The Beatles and the 1960s. Which makes sense since it was Sir Paul McCartney's birthday that day. Housed in an building from an older error, in an immense space with multiple areas/nooks.
