Went to drop off scrap metal. Came in and the open sign was on. Weighed our load full, dropped scrap, weighed ourselves empty, then when we came to the window she answered the window, "what do you want?!" We told her we dropped scrap off and her response was, "I don't know anything about it! You came during our lunch hour." We stated her open sign was on, and she said, "well that's ALWAYS on!"
