We didn't have a reservation, but luckily the staff kindly allowed us to squeeze in for a course before the busy Italian dinner hour around 7:30. We really appreciated the gesture and their hospitality. With so many restaurants to choose from, it can be hard to find a place that feels genuinely local while also delivering great quality. We ordered the bigoli pasta and the beef cheeks, and both were phenomenal. Everything was delicious, and we were so happy we managed to squeeze in. Definitely worth seeking out--especially if you're looking for a quieter, authentic spot away from the crowds! No pictures of our food because we ate them so quickly! But trust me, they are amazing!

Lovely seating outside and a few tables inside. On our first visit to Vineria Parilon, I had a couple glasses of delicious prosecco (for just €3 per glass!!) and my hubby had a session IPA from Crak, a local brewery near Padova. It's hard to find really great beer in Italy, so this was a happy discovery! We shared a meat and cheese board, which was tasty. Would like to go back for some of their spunciotti. I imagine we'll be back soon and often!
