Worst electric company I have ever dealt with…read more I paid $100 toward my bill on the due date (5/5) and scheduled the remaining balance of only $72.65 to automatically come out of my bank account on my next payday (5/20). Despite already making a substantial payment and setting up the rest online, they STILL disconnected my power. When I called to ask why my electricity was shut off even though a payment was already scheduled, I explained that I have children in the home and needed electricity to feed and care for them. The representative showed absolutely no compassion and told me they do not allow payment plans or extensions of any kind. According to them, if the bill is not paid in full by the due date, they disconnect your service -- no matter the circumstances. Their only "option" was pushing their MyChoice Prepayment service. Because of this, I had to ask a friend for financial help just to get our power turned back on until I can repay them on 5/20. If it weren't for that help, my family would have gone without electricity for an entire week, and we would have lost all the food in our refrigerator and freezer. I understand bills need to be paid, and I was actively paying mine. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of humanity, flexibility, and basic customer care. Emergencies happen. Families struggle sometimes. Treating customers like account numbers instead of human beings is disgraceful. This experience has been stressful, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

These small town business visits are refreshingly lovely. Face to face, just like the good ol' days. I'm not a good ol' days aficionado by any means, but I imagine this was how it was before the days of telecom and internet. I don't know if there are ever crowds here, but if there were, there's plenty of parking, and the lobby is spacious. A very nice lady helped us today to update the account - swift and friendly, just what I expect for great customer service. Even more perfect was the beautiful setting complete with fall color. How lucky did I get to witness beautiful trees change color for the season! I don't see seasons change much in Los Angeles, so this was a treat. Though I'm happy to be home, I sure do miss the charm of small town living.

The furnace inspection turned out well, with our older unit functioning properly and no need for any repairs. We are interested in getting a quote from Patriot for a newer, more efficient furnace and/or supplementing our heat source with other types of units; however, this was upon our request and we did not feel pressured by Patriot to replace our current properly functioning furnace. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and the service was timely and affordable.

He told me he was no longer in the area and would not be back. I begged and pleaded with him, and he said no. he was very rude about it and very unprofessional about it as well. he kept saying he did not hear back from me at all and didn't have time for me anymore. I have a disabled person in my home, and it's been miserable dealing with this heat. I would not recommend this company at all for anything!!!! I will not be calling on them to help with anything I need in the future either.!!!!! And this company came highly recommended. not sure how they can be so good to others but not someone disabled!!! My daughter informed me she was at the house by the time MIKE Was supposedly there and she said no one was there when she drove up and no one knocked on the door.

He suggested that my friend ONLY spent $2,500 and there are customers that spend much more so we have to be patient. After an argument, they sent us on our way, telling us it's just something that happens (I'm not a pro, but I know they just don't care). After months of going back and forth, they finally, in a resistant fashion, replaced the amp. I was especially upset because I have referred multiple people to this place and they embarrassed me. Most of our meetings consisted of Greg complaining about his career choice or other non case related awkward conversations. Took 4 years to settle a relatively straight forward insurance case at a fraction of what was expected. I do understand nothing is guaranteed, but if I had it all to do over again I would have found someone I believed was actually my advocate. Maybe I'm ignorant to how convoluted the whole system is, but should I ever need an attorney again, god forbid, Greg will not be on my list of considerations.
