Rent has jumped by $75 PER MONTH (a 69% increase), TONS of repetitive paperwork requirements, and RUDE customer service people. Most recently, they started charging me a monthly "protection" fee, despite the fact that I had provided them with a copy of my insurance coverage. It has taken two days and 7 (SEVEN!) phone calls to get through to a "manager" who told me I should have known what they were going to do because I got a generic email from them last year. He admitted that he wouldn't be happy if he and I switched positions, but they have thousands of clients and the can't possibly reach out to individual customers. So, if you want a storage unit company that thinks that $3K/year isn't enough to warrant ANY individual customer service, Storage Corner is definitely for you. Buyer (OK, renter) beware.

When I went and told them all they would say was "that kind of stuff happens".
