Scheduled to pick up the truck at 6pm on Friday. Upon arrival we are informed that they don't have the reservation for the storage unit! I called everywhere and was unable to get a hold of anyone because it's after 5 on a Friday. I called Grand Teton Storage and the manager answered (THANK YOU)... The staff is also super quick with getting back to you. They have great security as well, they have someone walk the units to make sure all if good. I had a lock on my unit that was not locked properly (my fault) and when the staff noticed it was unlocked they were quick and transparent to let me know of the issue. Truly they handled it the best!
