The space itself is clean & the front desk staff are very helpful & friendly. I met Judy who is the owner & she talked me through the membership deals they offer, which I loved! I have been to a few different massage locations, & although there is no quiet waiting room or sauna/shower room here, the massage is what made it worth it. She called me within 30 minutes, apologized for the confusion (she agreed that the therapist's description on their website was unclear), and offered me a complimentary session! I was so impressed by their dedication to putting the customer first.
