Maybe he was as nerdy as I am, and he was just interested in the cards themselves rather than helping me, but regardless, I did not expecting this level of service in Berlin. A note though, the nice man who helped me did not speak english well, but he tried his best to understand my horrible german and even got another customer to help us out.

The keeper was very caring and attentive, went long lengths to help us find what we wanted and knew the shop perfectly ("oh, Smallworld? It's right between the two Zug Zug over there", it was behind a box - no way he could have seen that!) The place sells light drinks and beer for a decent price, and stays open until you finish your game (as long as you're in your finishing rounds of course!) I would recommend this to anyone playing games from Jenga to Eclipse, it's a lot of fun with any amount and types of friends! Definitely coming back!

I am floored by the amount of books, in every single category imaginable. Yes, they have a large children's section. There is a giant plush figure standing near a black pole in front of the children's books. I checked out each floor. I'm a sucker for novelty items, which they have plenty of. They sell multiple models of Polaroid cameras and film. Tons of calendars in different formats. Their vinyl room is on the ground floor, in the back. The store is sleek, clean, and organized. If you're in Berlin, I recommend visiting this store.
