Exterior Pros of America and Mr. Murphy,…read more All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you! I had a home that had been neglected for 15 or so years and the roof and some of the windows where in pretty bad shape. Mr. Murphy set my mind at ease by covering all the bases about the job while not being a pushy salesman. When the guys pulled the old roof off they found some rot on the roof decking. Mr Murphy actually replace two pieces plywood free of charge. The windows and roof look fantastic. Thanks again for a professional job. p.s. Thanks Jimmy for replanting my azaleas! Simon Carter

As a business owner myself it seem like the only time people want to talk is when it is something…read morebad so I felt compelled to write this review for Exterior Pros of America. From the time the process of getting a new roof started with this company it was nothing but pleasurable. The owner (Keith Murphy) actually came out to see my and talk a little about his products and services. He was extremely polite and professional and I knew in just a short time of him being there that this was the company I wanted to use. The work commenced 1 week from the time I signed the contract (sooner than expected). When the crew got there the looked like worker bees in a hive. The work was done efficiently, tidy and completed in 1 day. The only complaint I had was one little piece of trash left in the back yard, but before I could complain about it the owner did one final walk through and picked it up. Keith was there for the entire job and asked me to walk around with him to inspect everything as best I could from the ground. It look fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and will use them for future projects. Thanks again Keith and Exterior Pros of America. Sharon Lenard

I called Mr. Kevin. He called me immediately, followed up after looking at the property, and quoted. His price was very fair. He helped me pay him thru Zelle since I was out of town. He told me the time frame he could get there, and sent before and after pictures of the yard. He was great to deal with and followed thru. I plan on using him again any chance I can. Everyone has bad days. I get it, I empathize, and I try to extend grace. But, this guy and his work…read morehave been the absolute worst. My wife hired Kevin to cut our lawn and he did an extraordinarily bad job. Kevin destroyed our neighbor's irrigation system and the City had to come out to cut their water off. Kevin ran his truck into the side of our home and damaged a section of siding that now needs to be replaced. Kevin left tire tracks that pulled up sections of grass throughout our lawn. He also managed to hit a tree in our yard with his truck. After initially being apologetic and promising to take responsibility, he has gone silent and stopped responding to emails or phone calls. At this point, we're likely going to need to have him served and go to small claims court. Do not hire this man.

One thing I really liked about Josh is has an eye for design and makes suggestions if you would make that request. He shows up on time with a mask and does an excellent job of social distancing. He left my property in excellent and beautiful condition, neighbors were even asking me who I was using for my yard. I also used Josh for powerwashing of my home and was very happy with how my home looked after he finished. Josh also came highly recommended from a neighbor who had his driveway sealed. So he sealed our driveway about a year ago and it still looks brand new! The reason I decided on using him for sealing our driveway is that he uses an oil base and not a water base. Oil last much longer and makes the driveway look great. Thank you Josh for always being such a hard worker and being honest and respectful!
