When I pointed out the make-up stains to Robert (older Spanish guy), his disposition was you don't have to show me because we thoroughly look over each item. NOT THE CASE, AT ALL! One week later, when I picked up the blazer, one of the stains was still there, and the cuffs looked worse than when I dropped it off. One of thw cuffs was cut in two places and stitched down like an apprentice to a tailor. See all of the photos. When I singled out the stain and cuffs, Robert became loud and unprofessional. Re: the stain, Robert said that he's not a magician and that I must have not pointed it out to him. WAIT, WHAT?! I'm an extremely detailed-oriented person and I, 100%, pointed out the two stains. Re: the cuffs, he was brushing me off like, "c'mon, you must have not seen the cuts." 100% there were no cuts prior to the drop off! On the contrary, I came to this cleaners, specifically, for the two make-up stains and because the cuffs weren't fully stitched around. I would have most definitely noticed the two cuts in the one cuff. Robert offered to clean the jacket again, but after witnessing his increased volume, unprofessionalism, accusatory tone, etc., I instantly decided that he will no longer get any of my business, nor time. During his rude and loud accusations, he asked what am I going to do about it? I told him that I'm going to write several reviews about this matter, in which he responded, "I don't care."
