What can I say about this place, the ambitions seem to be there, as you go inside the place have just recently been renovated with all kinds of art work on the walls and ceilings complete with chandeliers and a lift to another part of the restaurant that is for large groups and family members who either book or seem to be important guests.
While it is a step up from some other ones in the same street, the food is a lacklustre experience, either they are just too spicy (says a person who is overly fan of spicy foods) undercooked, and some time are not presented as advertised (my curry was missing the poached eggs as was advertised on the menu).
Speaking of the menu, it is designed like a children's book with colourful, large images and thick pages.
The boss seems to be there watching over the staff while at the same time creeping out customer as he is underdressed for his own restaurant and those poor two waiters seem to be getting nowhere in the rush as there are so much customers asking for so many things which ends up as you guessed lag and slow service. read more
