It's like they lure in and you don't know it's more expensive until you use your card and select your gas. I pass this station a lot in the evenings and went in one night recently. The young man at the register was leaning over with his head on the counter, occupied with his cell phone, paying no attention to the store. I cleared my throat to get his attention. He just stayed in the same position, not even looking up and just mumbled at me. He finally stood up and mumbled again, barely understandable, to ask what I wanted. I normally would complain but, this guy was just too shiftless and unprofessional, and this wasn't the first time I've experienced slack evening staff here. Maybe the daytime shift is better, but from now on, I'll go to the Pilot station on the other side of the interstate.

I didn't hear what she said and I thought maybe she asked for my phone number for points, so I asked "my phone number, is that what you asked?". She VERY RUDELY again rolled her eyes, cocked her neck from side to side and said "No I didn't" as she continued to roll her eyes. Yet she didn't repeat what she said. I just put my card in to pay and got out of there. She was EXTREMELY RUDE for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I highly recommend this place put her through more customer service training because she so badly needs it! They'll know exactly who it was if they pull record of early morning 3/22/26.
