If I could give 0 stars I would. Older black lady completely messed up my entire order. Out of 30 carts I got 17 of the same variety. She didn't apply my first time 30% shopper discount OR give me my free preroll. She didn't know anything about wax and genuinely pissed me off the entire shopping experience. Her fake customer service voice is irritating, and if she actually did her job it wouldn't have been a problem. This is the first time I've thought about making a case for a refund. Trash company. Trash employe (older black lady). I will be getting my money back one way or another read more

So I've spent a bit of money here. I bought the "1-up" brand gummy. I got a variety of amounts in my bags. The manager said he called them and they said it's based on weight. I then weighed them and there is a discrepancy in weight as well. The bag shows cutting in half to get 10mg. If it were based on weight this would not be the case. I got 10,9,and8 gummies. These bags don't seal and can be opened. Either the company is lying or Grama is. Either way I won't buy from here again as I've made three attempts to be contacted about it and have had zero response and it's been a week. read more
