I did buy some earrings, and I made sure to not make it seem like I was shoplifting them. (You know when you're not doing something wrong but you still don't want to be accused as if you are?) I'm shocked to read about people having issues bringing kids in here. We brought our 3 year old and she was behaved but she did was most kids do... looked at things, took toys off the shelf to carry them, etc. (We made sure she didn't run in the store or go by the glass items.. and anything she took that was we weren't buying, we made sure to put back!) ... it's hard enough being in a store with a toddler, I would be livid if someone treated us the way previous reviewers had experienced :( but we didn't have an issue, thankfully. The best part was meeting Tyler, a disabled young man in a wheelchair who must be the son/grandson of one of the employees. Our 3 year old hasn't been around many people with disabilities but we fully support her treating them like she would anyone else.. she was very excited to say hi to him & he told her he liked her shoes.

My family (daughters, SILs, and four grandkids) returned for the SECOND year to get Narragansett swag and souvenirs. The shop has an amazing selection of quality beach inspired jewelry, the latest trends in sweatshirts and tee shirts (including long sleeve), and hats. The prices are not high for the quality offered. Also available are home items such as mugs, wall art, table top decor and local named signs. They also carry beach towels, sunscreen, boogie boards, sand toys. The family carefully selected jewelry, hooded sweatshirts, sweat pants, and t-shirts. We had fun, and it was Grandma's treat! The friendly owner and two knowledgeable young staff were very helpful and made shopping easy by locating sizes and styles. There is a dressing room available. One negative is the small amount of children's clothing available. I had to go to the "Special T Shop" which is part of the Narragansett Pier Shops for toddler and young child size clothing for my three and one year old grands. (See review)

We tried to get some t-shirts that were related to the Narragansett area but found that there are selections of mens sizes were kind of lacking. The service was decent. They were helpful and friendly. We found some of the prices to be a little bit on the high side especially for sweatshirts. They do have quite a selection of mugs, jewelry and wind chimes however.

She is currently a student at Lawrence Junior High and this shop has a ton of Lawrence clothing items. The store also has a huge selection of Falmouth/Cape Cod clothing options and the store is clean and well stocked. The staff here was incredibly polite and didn't hover over us as we shopped. In the end, we stocked up on all of the needed items and actually walked out with a few extra items. When looking at the other shops in Downtown Falmouth that sell Cape merchandise, this store has one of the best selections with reasonable prices.

the lady (manager) at your Provincetown, MA store tried to scam me by not returning the good (a…read morebag) that I purchased, I had to fight for it, and educate her about your return policy. On the receipt it clearly states purchased item can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of purchase, it must be in as-new condition, unworn, and unwashed. I had hardly used it for an hour, it was too small for me. It was in all clean condition and when I went to them first time to request for an exchange she said they can't return it because i used/wore it and they had cut the tags from it. I said politely that's okay and left the store. After I walked back to my room I read the receipt which had the return policy on it. I went back to the store and asked her to read and follow the return policy. But she started gaslighting me. And psychologically attacked me in front of other customers. "She kept saying I 'wore' it pointing at 'unworn' word on the bill, and that they cut the tags." I had to educate her on the difference between worn and wore. I googled the definition of worn-off in front of her and insisted where does the return policy speak about the tag and wore? She kept saying you wore it, twisting wore with worn as if I was an uneducated individual. Sad part is that I was only going to exchange the item but returned it due her ignorant and shameful attitude towards a tourist from a different race and color. She must have thought of me to not be so well read and well-traveled. After fighting for it, she eventually returned and reimbursed me the money. Why did she it does it then if it wasn't the policy and I wore it and cut the tags? So clearly, she was manipulating and trying to scam me. Fraud! There clearly is a racist perspective to the incident. Humans are programmed to think about other humans who appear to be different than their race differently. It's just the science of human psychology and human brain signalling (neuroscience) and telling us to act differently. I regretted doing purchases from your store in Provincetown. In fact if the store was nearby where I live, I'd return other purchased items. Extremely traumatizing, shameful and ignorant experience I had.
