We had a great time at the tasting and they were such gracious hosts and prepared more than we had selected. In the end, we know we made the right choice as the food received so many compliments from our guests. Throughout and after the wedding, people continued telling us how delicious everything was. There were many different dishes and dietary needs to coordinate, and the team handled the event smoothly while working well with our venue.

This place already offers good quality based on being located on Oak Tree Road in Edison, Nj (which is a staple for the best Indian food in the NE). The catering here was next level, however. The servers were very professional. They had these amazing mini idli with sambar. The sambar was flavorful. They also had dosa making machines, servers to make chaat, etc. The back of our venue had a ton of indo-Asian options. Like there was Manchurian, green Thai curry, kimchi, and papaya salad. The place actually makes a mean papaya salad.

Bites Bk was my 1st choice, but due to timing I looked elsewhere. Lo and behold I ended up calling Claudine anyway... because my heart and belly wanted some of her cake. She took my call, brainstormed with me and came up with THEE perfect cake! I am normally anti fondant, due to its lack of taste. Claudine assured me taste would not be an issue... of course she was RIGHT, or I would not be writing this review! The cake became the centerpiece of my event, receiving positive reviews from my guests and coworkers! Months later... I was fortunate enough to work with Claudine on yet another event. This time we went the way of foods for a baby shower. Two words: JerkTains! If you havent... stop reading and order NOW! The sweetness of the yellow plantains combined with the jerkiness (yes I made up a word) of the meat... I knew this was going to be a hit! But you know, yoi cant just order ONE thing right? As a fan of Claudines work, I gave her the okay to bless us with custome cookies AND chocolate covered oreos, all within the colors and themes of the event! I cannot wait to host another event. I mean, if they start doing meal plans IM IN! Claudine you NEVER disappoint honey! Bites BK for ALL of your catering needs! The possibilities are endless! Enjoy!

I'm so glad I found Bites BK and decided to work with Claudine. Everything was FANTASTIC and worked out perfectly! Communication was seamless, she was easy to work with, delivered the food exactly on time, and even made a couple dishes that she doesn't have on her menu. I hosted a party in our apartment for about 85 people and the amount of food I ordered (7 platters- beef sliders, fried chicken sliders, coconut curry chicken skewers, beef skewers, mango jerk chicken empanadas, spinach & cheese empanadas, veggie spring rolls) was more than enough. My guests all were coming up to me all night saying how great the food was! I also hired a waiter (Rustum) through Bites BK who was a lifesaver. He oversaw the setup with Claudine, passed apps around, tidied up throughout the night, and made sure my guests were well taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend working with her and look forward to doing so on our next party! You won't be disappointed!

I come across this "Health Food Herb Center" touting "meatless deli" to which I respond with a dash to the door. Upon walking in to this mysteriously [almost] meatless grocer/deli, I am in awe of their grocery options. Frozen mock meats (yes, an entire Thanksgiving faux turkey!), herbs/spices, cookies, teas, pastas, all sorts of incredible things! Then I get back to the deli counter, I was a little confused at first because there was some standard Boars Head fair. BUT ALAS, up in the top left corner, large deli-style loaves (I don't think that's what they're called but I'm going with it) or turkey, corned beef and salami. I opted for the salami, the lovely lady behind the counter let my try it first and my mouth erupted with salty, smokey flavor close enough to meet that I was beyond satisfied but not too close that I was hesitant. She LOADED my wrap with salami, carrots, onion, beets (shredded, she promised I wouldn't be able to taste them and she was not wrong), cabbage, vegenaise, oregano and cayenne pepper. There are very few things within the vegan spectrum that I salivate over, this was within the top 10. I grab a handful - okay 9 - of the various cookies and am on my way back to the office. Unwrapping this masterpiece had me as giddy as Jim Gaffigan when he eats bacon, there is some hardcore food envy from my non-vegan desk neighbors. The wrap was full of fresh, vibrant flavors, I could not be more thankful that this gem exists. These guys will make me look forward to coming to this office every single time now.
