There is a refill service for household detergents etc., organic eggs (including duck eggs!) from local farmers, and some delicious foods (bhajis, soups) cooked on the premises. This isn't a store where you feel you need to have dedicated your life to Zen Buddhism or possess an encyclopaedic knowledge of auras and chakras just to pop in and pick up a jar of peanut butter and some pine nuts. Everyone is down-to-earth (no pun intended), helpful and 'normal' even the customers!
