Since we hadn't worked with a designer before, we started with the quick consult. Jeralyn was great. She looked at our kitchen and made recommendations that built on what we had already done. She prepared a color palate which she left for us. She then made suggestions on flooring, paint and small ways to accessorize. She charged $150 for two hours - which included a follow up phone call a few months later. The best part about working with Jeralyn, was all of her suggestions were spot on. From color choice, to layout of the room, her ideas fit our personalities but challenged us at the same time. She is a very talented designer. Plus, she's also a great artist. I highly recommend her.

Finding a collaborator your can trust, who consistently communicates, ensures their work is…read morequality, and pays attention to the details is EXTREMELY hard to find. Add to that list an entire team who creatively partners with you bringing excitement, possibility, and expertise to the table are nearly impossible to come by. Tiffany Hanken Design nails all of those much-needed qualifications and more. They ensured the layout of my new space was hyper-functional and catered to my day-to-day needs while still being beautiful, and within budget. They worked with me to select finishes that highlighted the unique beauty and history of my home while ensuring I spent the bulk of my budget on materials that look amazing today and will for decades to come. THD also went above and beyond to try and get my completely incompetent general contractor to be more communicative AND follow the detailed plans her team painstakingly created to ensure our vision came to life. They also pushed back on the GC when it was clear their plans for things like heating my bathroom were unsustainable and full-out bad solutions. She also went to bat for me when it came to having them ensure we could get in and out of our home during construction!!!! Honestly, If I had known about THD BEFORE I started my project I would have saved time, money, and a tremendous amount of heartache, shoot I might even look 3-5 years younger if I had enlisted her help EARLIER. I really want to help people avoid the nightmare that became my project by telling the world - Tiffany Hanken Design is a collaborator with a major ROI. You need Tiffany and her team on your team (at any point in the project because they will save the day if needed) but best to consult them on day 1!!!! ;)
