On Nov. 15, I ordered and paid deposit for drapery for two windows. Wayne Graham said they would be ready in four weeks. it is now January 12. No drapes. After many emails and phone calls I got Wayne Graham in person yesterday. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Haven't heard from him. We purchase shutters from Graham's and they were installed on time and we were happy with them until the plastic hinges on the openers broke after a few years. We called them to see if they could order some and they said they would and it would take a few weeks. They never called us to let us know when they would be in. We called to see what happened and they said they would call the manufacturer to see what was taking so long and they would call us back, they never did. We called them at least 4 times and same excuse each time. I had to call the manufacturer myself and they sent me the clips the next week No charge. Grahams never called us at all, they just didn't care that our shutters were repaired, probably because there was no money to be made . read more

Good: The final product looks really nice. The second contractor sent to work on the kitchen was excellent and really knew what he was doing. Everyone working on the project was very nice. When problems did arise (quite a lot of them) they tried their best to find a solution that was time and cost effective. The ceramic floor is amazing! The second back splash installer is the best person who came to work on our kitchen and the back splash is the best looking part of the project. Bad: Super disorganized from start to finish. The project manager was very confused and needed a lot of reminders to get things done. We ended up being the project managers for our own project. The first contractors had a few no shows and created some problems that needed to be corrected by the second contractor. It was made clear to us that office management and project manager had been told that those guys should not be working on our kitchen and they did nothing to correct that until we stepped in to ask that they not work on the kitchen any longer. Bottom line: We hired a company to do our kitchen Reno so that it would be an easy process for us since we are not DIY people. However, we had to become very involved and supervise everything that was happening. For example: the cabinets were measured incorrectly and we were the ones that found the mistake, not the workers. We spent 2 hours one night measuring the whole kitchen space in order to correct the cabinets being the wrong size so that they could be ordered in the correct size. Had we not been available all the time, it's possible the project would still be on going. We were told that it would be completed in one month, it took three months. Mainly due to cabinets being mesaused incorrectly and having to re-order. read more

Amazing company to work with! We changed all of the blinds in our house with shutters or cellular shades. They had an amazing promotional offer which made the price incredible. They are very friendly and informal (this is a good thing) to work with. They installed the window coverings the same day the order arrived. We will be a repeat customer read more

We hired Graham's & Son Interiors to help us get our 3.5 yrs old kitchen extended. The Graham team was able to secure the exact same cabinet color and material from the original cabinet manufacturer - while we had a hard time working with the same manufacturer directly. All of the involved installation teams were highly professional and responsive to our needs. we will not hesitate to engage the Graham's team again for the level of their professionalism and business ethics that they showcased. read more

Had a very similar experience as Rachna U. Told us our bathroom renovation would take 6-8 days and it took over 3 months...with constant trade changeovers and others coming in to "look" at the job. Unfortunately we found out too late that they have no trades working directly for them and were told they scour Kijiji to find "help". Two months later and our bathroom ceiling is cracked in multiple areas due to the poor workmanship! Whenever we brought our concerns to the "project manager" he never wrote anything down or used his phone for notes. When he'd show up, if he wasn't trying to upsell us on pointless replacement ideas, he was constantly scrambling, contradicting himself/workers or apologizing. If I had a $1 for every time he would apologize, I'd probably be able to pay for getting the ceiling redone properly! The hilarious thing is that as a kiss up, we were offered 2 free shutters for our troubles and they couldn't even get that right. After the third time to correct we told them to forget it...of course they blamed the shutter company. Please do your homework thoroughly when picking a renovation company!! read more

Such an unfortunate experience. We were excited to work with Graham's to renovate our kitchen. With two small children and a new puppy we wanted to hire a company to help oversee things and make sure things ran smoothly and on time to limit the amount of time we'd be without a kitchen. They assured us that our small kitchen would take no more than two weeks and urged us to come in and put a deposit down to save our spot. We did so on July 2nd. Our kitchen was finally completed on Oct 2nd, 3 months later. The only good thing Graham's had done was hire an amazing subcontractor who we loved and had great attention to detail. Graham's on the other hand was the problem. They did not provide the correct cabinets we had discussed. They measured incorrectly and caused us to have to wait weeks for missing cabinets. They sent over the wrong hinges a total of three times! I could go on and on about their blunders. But ultimately, they are disorganized, make excuses for their mess ups and blame everyone but themselves. I would not recommend them to complete your kitchen. While the finished product looks good, it was way past schedule and was more of a headache than it was worth. Finally, as a company who says they pride themselves on superior customer service I feel like this is where they fell off the wagon the most. We felt like they really could care less about us after they got paid the majority of the money. It left a real sour taste in our mouth. read more

We had a bathroom renovation done by Grahams. They cut our ceiling joists, flooded our dining room and did not replace insulation in the attic. It is eight months later and the handles have fallen off the closet doors, the Solatube collapsed in the attic and a plumber has repaired the bathroom drain. Wayne expressed no remorse and threatened to put a lien on our home. Please avoid at all costs. read more

I just ordered the Mystic Sheer Verticals ... two sets at $650.00 each. When they arrived, there was no valance. The rod is showing. I called to find out where they were and was told by Matthew that if I wanted valance I would have to pay $200.00 each. They did not come with the Mystic Sheers. How can verticals at $650.00 each not include a valance? Is this highway robbery. Matthew was very abrupt. I had wanted them to do each window in my house but that of course will NOT be happening. read more
