We went to Lowe's instead, for that, but for everything else we've been able to find exactly the brand and type we've needed for our projects, even the replacement pads for the sander they couldn't help us with.

Fast forward speaker comes back I am then informed repair is $172! For probably a $5 dollar plastic wheel. Make sure you have stuff in writing!
