We went to Lowe's instead, for that, but for everything else we've been able to find exactly the brand and type we've needed for our projects, even the replacement pads for the sander they couldn't help us with.

I've had problems with it almost since day one…read moredue to poor installation, and Lowes refuses to send someone out other than the installer to look at the issue. So I guess it's my fault that the planks are separating and not because they weren't glued together properly. There were other areas that were easy to get to, that the installer re-glued, and those ares are fine, but they don't want to fix the worst area because it would be too much work to get to it. I highly recommend NOT using Lowes for flooring installs. Terrible work, and terrible customer service!!

You need to run not walk away…read more In my experience, we bought a $18,000 scissor lift from them brand new for my company and we only purchase it from them because they said it came with a 2 to 3 year warranty that would cover everything . I paid for shipping from them and they had their company loaded up and bring it out to me in California Upon trying to use it within a few minutes, it immediately broke and a part of the machine slipped down out of place that shoukd have been secure and never moved. It's possible this happened in shipping but when I contacted Acme, they told me I was on my own and that I needed to fix it locally in California and they might try to help me pay for it.. But of course after I spent $4500 fixing it, they ghosted me and never even replied to any emails that I sent them . They need to be sued, but they know it's pretty hard since they're in another state, but I might still be able to do it. Horrible customer service if you look at any of these other reviews like I should've, please save your money and do not go to this place.
