When I discussed with Manager, she had no recollection of it and nothing was in the computer . Also, all staff no matter what area they work in should know where things are. Formerly offered wicked high powered heated water jets in the Wellness Pool -these jets rehabilitated my spine and legs after major surgery. Now these rehab services are "down for repair" with no fix date. I canceled my YMCA membership when the Wellness Pool went down for maintenance several years ago, and stayed broke beyond my tolerance for ROI. As a cost comparison, a medical massage in FredVA is a minimum of $75/hr +tip. Somebody needs to invent a vending machine poolside: Water jet therapy for one.

It's such a great spot to burn summer energy and also practice water skills. I found the lifeguards to be really attentive and constantly counting the swimmers in their sections. My kids absolutely love the big and small waterslides and rode them about 20 times over the course of an hour or two. Even just a few days before the Fourth of July holiday, because we were there first thing, there were no lines, and things ran smoothly. I'm excited to check it out again, perhaps at a bit busier time, but it was great for our first visit.
