TLDR: Skip this place, go to Carrollton Foot Center and see Dr. Khavari! I went to this location at Graff for an ingrown toenail that was infected. Terrible experience, unsanitary, too fast, and the worst part... it came back less than a year later (after I was told it would be a "few years if it comes back, or never"). When I had my ingrown toenail taken out at Graff, he didn't even clean the toe area before or after numbing it, and just went straight to it. I ended up having staph in my toe, and the ingrown came back less than a year after. Very expensive, and did not solve my issue. I highly suggest to stay away, save your money, and get GREAT care at Carrollton Foot Center with Dr. Khavari! She is incredible, kind, and genuinely cares about her patients. She was able to fix my ingrown toenail so well and with such great care, cleanliness, and compassion! read more

Agree with a lot 1 star reviews. He literally sailed into the room said you have plantar fasciitis and gave me a shot. Barely saw him 5 minutes. The assistant told me to wear a night boot and tried it on me and it was too small and I said I won't wear it anyway. They still billed my insurance for the brace that I did not get and are now billing me for what insurance didn't pay. They need to reimburse my insurance company. This is fraud. You know, some people should not be doctors! He did an ingrown toenail procedure on my son and it came back twice even though we were told it won't. We ended up seeing another specialist and found out the following 1) Dr. Master gave my son a shot into a nail, which was extremely painful. Instead the injection should have been done into a toe. 2) the ingrown was never removed, instead it was clipped and he even butchered the healthy part of the nail and 3) he put a Bandaid on the wound vs. putting a bandage to allow drainage. I have seen several great doctors at this clinic however l just recently have had the pleasure of seeing Dr Theresa Nguyen who works primarily in the Garland office. She is AMAZING and is VERY smart. She spends time with you patiently breaking down and explaining to you everything she does. She has helped me SO much . Her staff is GREAT as well. Shaquita, the receptionist at the front desk is precious and so friendly as is Omar who works in the medical area with Dr Nguyen. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen or any doctor at this clinic. I also have seen Dr Masters who is now working in the Frisco office. He is great too and also spends allot of time with you. read more

The staff is kind and so far, it seems they did a good job with my toe surgery however, my first follow up appt I sat waiting for over an hour.. to simply rebandage. Ridiculous. I am now at my second follow up appt and so far, have been waiting for two hours. Still waiting. I would never do this to my clients. I wouldn't have any. I will find another establishment to refer to people. I strongly suggest not coming here unless you have tons of time to kill. Time is money. Time is irreplaceable. I went to Jeremiah Graff to remove two bone spurs on the base of my left little toe. The followup x-ray showed that the base joint of my little toe was dislocated. A second surgery was done putting a pin through my toe into the metatarsal bone in an attempt to fix the dislocate. It didn't work. I am now maimed for life. I have diabetes. I came to the practice because they have a traveling treatment and diagnosis van. I was told that I would need shoes. I came to their office in early March, it is now late April. I was told to pick a style and appearance of the shoes and that they would begin the order at that time. I was told that I would need to qualify with my PCP by going and visit him. I did that, received a prescription for the shoes as well as a lab report. I brought the paper work to their office but was told that since my shoes were ordered some weeks back, that I didn't need to present those documents and that all that was needed was to wait and that they would contact me when the shoes came in. I have since called before today and was told the same today . Today, when I called, I was told that my order had been halted because I hadn't supplied the documents. It seems that I have been trying to herd some cats. I canceled any more busin with same cats. read more

I didn't have a good experience here. While I commend the cleanliness and the custom insoles, I felt dr. Graff just didn't listen to me or spend time with me. I told him about the mileage I usually walk and he must not have noted or paid attention. I asked if I could walk my usual mileage and continue it again post-shots and he said yes. He hit a nerve with the shot and 8 weeks later it still feels like I'm stepping on a knife but is gradually getting better but I left more injured than I came. In my follow up I mentioned again how many miles I'd like to keep walking and he seemed shocked and said no human should walk over 3 miles a day because the feet will just "break down". I come from a family of ultramarathoners and I just don't think sitting around the rest of my life is a good option. He then said I shouldn't be walking at all - so I guess the third time I told him he took notice? He was only there basically to give me a shot and apparently didn't listen to what little I told him at all. Then he suggested I have fibromyalgia... I went to a new doctor (see Carrollton Foot Center) and promptly got physical therapy and anti inflammatory meds which are actually helping the issue. So I feel like I got pushed into shots that hurt me more than my initial pain, and continue to do so, and that I wasn't listened to. Also, the front desk staff seemed rather sullen and had issues processing the billing. Also the extremely Christian music and decor might be a little unnerving to people of all faiths in a medical practice. And the Botox peddling in the room upstairs just made me feel like this practice is more about profit than good care. I just didn't get a very professional feel for these reasons and my foot is still causing me a ton of pain. read more

I was referred to Dr Graff by my pcp. He took care of my toe nails decently but ran into issues with the shoes and brace(s). The shoes are not even 6 mon t hs old and the velcro are giving out already. Braces are my main issues. First brace was a carbon fiber afo, I t was pretty but did not fit in the shoes ji got from them. It caused sores on to places on my foot. I returned it as a result. The second brace a a fitted polyurethane brace. When I received it it was way to tight and caused 3 sores on my ankle, and calf. Been back twice to fix the brace and return the shoes. There is a lack of communication between the staff And patient. read more

This is my second visit to Graff. On the first visit, I went to the Plano location which is very busy and chaotic. Forty minutes passed my scheduled appointment time, I finally asked when I might be seen. They then were able to get me in. Wish I would've said something thirty minutes earlier. When I did get in, the doctor took a look at my foot and took a scalpel and cut open my foot without first cleaning or sanitize the incision area. I was quite shocked. He answered my questions and was out in less than five minutes. For my scheduled return visit, I asked if I could visit the Frisco office which is much closer to my home. We scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment I get a call informing me that the Frisco office isn't even open on Mondays and they are not sure how I got scheduled on a Monday. They asked if I could come in on Tuesday instead. Most weeks that would be impossible because I would be with clients. I happened to be open and rescheduled for 10:45 on Tuesday at the Frisco location. I am currently sitting in the lobby. The current time is 11:30. I am now 45 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time. I am not usually a very cynical person but from my two experiences with Graff, take your appointment time as a very loose approximation. While I was writing they called me back. 11:30. Forty-five minutes late. In the exam room the doctor came in quickly , was professional and answered all my questions. If they were even close on their appointment times I would gladly score higher. read more

Dr Graff's staff and personal care healed me a week ago, after another Baylor doctor had released me as cured with "only" a Lymphedema leakage problem! Dr Graff knew immediately what it was, and over many months of my not responding to typical antibiotics, he stayed with me to solve this problem rather that taking the easy way and referring me to a leg surgeon and a prosthetic expert. He is a religious person and plays Christian music in his waiting rooms! Very reassuring in your time of need! Operating Room and Hyperbaric chambers are on-site. I have been a patient of Dr. Graff for over 4 years. I have a diabetic foot condition and because of it, I have had many surgeries and pressure wounds. Two years ago, I was in Plano Presbyterian Hospital. The doctors there wanted to amputate my foot all the way up to my knee. I told them that NO ONE except for Dr. Graff would be touching my foot. I called him and he came by EVERY DAY before going to the office to take care of my foot. With his knowledge and skills, my foot was saved. He is an AMAZING doctor. His staff is absolutely THE BEST. They are caring and personable. I feel like I have made friends with several of them over the years. It is the same with his office staff. I can't say enough great things about him and his whole practice!!! I have recommended him to anyone I meet that has foot problems. I tell them, "Do not let ANYONE ELSE touch your foot. I won't!" If I were to move away from the Dallas area, I would definitely make special trips just to have him care for my foot!!!! Don't go anywhere else!!! Office personnel are friendly, helpful and nice... office is a palace, first visit was pleasant, good first impression from Dr. Graff. But when my lab results came back normal they didn't even bother to call. Stopped in today and found out it's been two weeks since they had the results, but there was no contact, no follow-up, nothing. The receptionist was only available to hand-off the results. Okay, I understand that you probably have more urgent matters, but you still owe your patients who are okay the courtesy of letting them know. It's just shortsighted and inconsiderate not to close the loop. Anyway, I expect more for my care, you should too. read more

Dr. Graff is fine, but his front office is not. Saw him to get an ankle brace, a month later I was curious about its status. So I called, left message with nursing staff. Never heard back. Called a week later again no response. Called two days later, again no response. Each time the people answering said they would get back to me and patched me to the nursing mailbox. I even had them hand write a note to the nurses. Finally went in, and asked about the status. I also asked to speak to the office manager. After 15mins waiting in lobby I walked out. They said as I left someone would call me I told them I highly doubt that. I will be having my insurance cancel payment to this provider. read more

Horrible experience. Very shady billing practices and I found the difference between what Dr. Graff told us and was actually doing to be highly unethical. He recommended unnecessary things and my husband's new podiatrist did not understand why he did the things the way he did. I am so glad we found another much better podiatrist. Dr. Graff is awesome and overall the staff is great. He specializes in wound care and takes a really proactive approach which is much appreciated. A no-nonsense kind of guy who is gonna heal you and do it right. One piece of advice before I gush about how appreciative I am- make sure when they're checking your benefits before a procedure they are actually calling your insurance company and not their supplier. In my case, I almost got a surprise bill for about $2,000 for a skin graft they said was covered. They corrected the mistake but still! But again- Dr. Graff is excellent at what he does. I had a botched procedure on my foot from a dermatologist that left me with an open wound in my arch despite having stitches for 3 weeks. Dr. Graff took awesome care of me and was always prompt, polite, and informative. He was great about explaining things and I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient. His office building is clean and lovely. Seriously- he is excellent. I hope I never HAVE to see him again but if I need another podiatrist, he's my guy. read more

Dr. Graff and his staff have gotten me through 2 major surgeries with flying colors. I had extremely large bone tumors on each of my heels requiring the removal and reattachment of both my Achilles tendons in order to remove the tumors. Both surgeries were successful and my quality of life has changed dramatically. It has been a long year and a half (I'm still recovering) but I have had superior care and support. And after years of excruciating pain I can walk again. And climb stairs. And live my life. Like I said- life changing. Dr Graff is excellent, his staff both medical and administrative is 5 star. My little toe on my right footrest had been get bigger tubing against my shoe in general making my life miserable. So Dr Graff after hearing my tale of woe. Told me what surgery was needed, the risks, ask if it was really needed,how about wider shoe. He scheduled my surgery. On the day his staff explained every step, prepared my foot, Dr Graff talked to me double checked and marked up my foot. They wheeled me into really professional operating room, draped me, talked to me again explained every thing, the team went to work explained progress, told me all about a couple of surprises and how each was managed and then in just a little time said all done and results was great. So went home after staff and another visit from Dr Graff I was home and a week later got my bandage changed. Another week went back for stitches both visits staff and Dr Graff were excellent my result was great pain was medium at first now none my toe is great. To add insult to injury I'm now being billed for the adjustment to the braces, which was to be included at no charge. One young woman in particular was boastful about how she was brought on to lead their marketing efforts as their newly appointed "Director of Marketing" and had little to no experience. Saw Dr. Graff in early 2017 for severe, worsening pain in my foot. His staff and techs were great so I expected a lot. When Dr. Graff finally raced into the room, he barely acknowledged or listened to me. I had drawn a pic of my foot and showed the types of pain and where it was occurring. He touched my foot in ONE spot and asked if that hurt. I said yes, BUT it also hurts here and........ and was just cut off and told I had plantar fasciitis and cysts. In the few minutes he spent, he used the phrase 'at your age' (the ripe old age of 56) when referring to my foot. After telling me I needed shots.....which turned out to be very expensive, he again left and only came in to inject the shots. After two days, pain was back in full. Went to another podiatrist, MY FOOT WAS BROKEN in two places. No plantar fasciitis or cysts to be seen on the tests. I would NEVER refer Dr. Graff or take a chance with someone who seems to just be in it for the money. read more
