It's the last place to purchase a car. They try to sell you a car and make you feel good about your purchase. After they received the money, customer service ENDS. It's the worst place that you can purchase a car. I purchased a car from them 3 weeks ago and it started making strange noises on the left hand side of it which caused by cooling system. And they started saying that it's very common sound and it's nothing important. They are not trying to help you at all but they are trying to take your money and smile on your face. I am giving 0 stars and they have misrepresented an advertisement on having all service records on a used car, when asked to see them they could not provide any records but the very first 1000k service...the sales person was rude, and lied directly to my face about where the car was serviced, when it was serviced and the what service was performed. Stay away from these people unless you want a car that you cannot get true Information on. if the rude sales person and the lack of service knowledge on their cars doesn't discourage you buying from them, the fact that the sales person will give you a price for the car then the manager will not honor it and increase the price at the last moment....Family owned and operated the family must leave the dealership in the hands on Managers that are only interested in running off potential sales then making a sale.... read more
