Staff VERY helpful and friendly. Store also has a decent supply of scrapbook and card making supplies (what a nice surprise!). Also many Michigan made products (I scored some coffee) such as candles, bags etc. I don't knit but their selection was HUGE. Guess it's good I don't live closer as I would be in here all the time!!!

I'm so happy to have a shop to purchase them locally and not online. The women who were working were so pleasant and kind. They let me look through their Jellycat book. They took down my name for when certain ones come in. They even have the cutest branded bags for when you purchase a Jellycat. I didn't really look at the prices of my Jellycats that I purchased and they have no say over what the MSRP is. I paid what I expected I would pay. Love this store!!

I was so excited to arrive, it's attached to the mall with plenty of parking in what I feel was an old Toys-r-us. The store is MASSIVE and so well organized. There was a section for funko pops, plushies, apparel, used toys, new toys (xmen, dc, marvel, horror movies, etc), comics, hot wheels, legos, collectible cards, candy and more. The staff were super friendly and willing to help me find the items I was looking for. The prices on the items can range from a steal of a deal to a little pricey. I absolutely loved this store though and will for sure make sure to always come back when out visiting.

Wow, Tom S was VERY kind to the ol Exchange. Even before I moved out to the West Coast, this place…read morewas always a dump. Time has not been good to the joint, and with the advent of online sales and hearty competition from the likes of Game Hits, Game Stop and their ilk, it's a small wonder this place can even stay in business. I mean, it's certainly not the service that keeps people coming back to this ashtray of a pawn shop; no matter who is behind the counter, they automatically fix a piercing glare on you the moment you walk in the store, as though you just interrupted a hostage negotiation or called the owner's mother a name. It truly baffles me that money ever changes hands in there. Even back in the day, their selection of games was anemic; now it's just plain sad - I mean, if you want to buy 12 copies of NHL 94 for your Genesis, hey, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay FAR away...even if you are desperate for cash, do not bring in your games unless you want a laughable fraction of what you could get for them on eBay or Amazon. Just...seriously. Don't go to the Exchange. It's dirty, the people are mean, and you leave the store with the feeling that a part of your humanity was somehow left behind.
