Soo... I've never done martial arts before. I've never even step foot in a gym before but I was…read morethinking about making a life change and I've always had an interest in kickboxing so I picked this place because it was close to my house. I gave them a call and they picked up right away. They answered all my questions in detail (great guest service - you speak directly with the trainers) and arranged to have me come in to take a free class and see if it was for me. I was new and awkward and didn't know how to do anything properly but the way the class was run was amazing. I quickly fell in line and anything they saw I was unsure of they corrected me on and let me know that a lot of it is repetition and will come with time and practice. The staff/trainers are all so friendly and experienced. They're very hands on and will stay before and after to help if need be. It's like a little family and after that first class I fell in love and signed up that day. It's been a month so far and I go every day (twice a day half the week). I recently started Jiu-Jitsu (which I am also new to) and again, very accommodating to newbies. They have advanced classes, belt tests, sparring and boot camp (AWESOME instructors). In one month I've learned so much and I feel way more fit and flexible. Besides the physical changes I can already see in my body, the best part is that there's an amazingly experienced team you can learn from when you have people who have been doing this for years to people who have only just started. Love, love, love it. No regrets, especially when you get a free trial run. GIVE IT A TRY! Side note: clean, has a bag room for practice, a mini ring arena, weights, jump ropes, exercise balls, sparring equipment, and sell any MMA equipment you might need for classes. LOVE YOU GUYS!

The wife and I, full time residents and long time gym goers, decided to try this gym because it was…read moreslightly closer to our home than foreverfit which we have been longtime members. Unlike our forever fit membership, after we purchased we had to send multiple emails and texts just to get the door code. The owner apparently isn't notified when someone purchases a membership and signs the waiver. The owner never replied at all to my emails, but did finally reply to my wife when after she sent multiple emails and texts. So after we get the code, we head to the gym. This is a Sunday at around 11am. The first thing we notice after opening the door, is the bad smell. Add to that an absolute plethora of empty and half empty water bottles littering the front desk and every available space in the gym. It looked like no one had attended to the gym in days. We almost turned around and left...it was only the collective $30 we spent that led us to stick it out and have a workout. Quite frankly it was gross to say the least. It quickly became clear that not only has management not prioritized cleaning and sanitation, but that basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping has been completely ignored. Despite $60 a month membership fees, more than 50% of the upholstered surfaces were covered with some form of tape rather than being repaired. Grips on multiple machines had the handles replaced with some form of tape...and I mean not last week or last month... a long time ago. The gym was clearly not cleaned...and I mean never. There was a stair stepper that the sides were bleached with sweat, and the cleanest part of the treads were where the oval shapes that were created by people's shoes. I went to use the cables, and the grip handle I wanted to use was laying on top of discarded paper towel wedged behind the stir stepper that looked like it had been there as long as the gym was open. This was beyond embarrassing, even for the lower keys. We have lived here long enough to understand that certain expectations must be lowered because there simply are no other choices in many respects. Even with that in mind, this nasty place lest us discussing where we could go for a tetanus shot before going home. This place makes old town gym in KW look like a clean modern alternative. Attend at you own risk.

$15 day pass $30 week pass…read more$40 two week pass $60 month 4am to 10pm daily. For the price of two movie tickets and a large soda you can workout for a week. This is a no frills gym. Lots of equipment packed into a shoe box. We went every day for a week and the variety of patrons is awesome. Obviously the community in this fitness center is friendly and doesn't care your background. Workout, be courteous, let them workout and it's all good. Most said hi even though we are strangers. I like good chill people. Individuals ranged in body types and fitness goals. It is a good mix. We will definitely pay another week. Owner is one of those big bear of a guy. Not overly welcoming. Apparently reserve to newbies. We received pretty much only stares and maybe a grunt when he was there and We greeted him and those around him... but like I said the members at the gym were nice and a big variety so he obviously is a good guy.
