The mat space is phenomenal, everyone was very welcoming and the technique of everyone I rolled with was tight. No sloppy jiu jitsu here. If your in the area you need to come check this school out. I'm just a blue belt so I don't even know what I don't know yet but I could tell that the white belts I was rolling with had a solid understand of the basics, which means they are getting great instruction. My son did the kids class and had so much fun. The instructor who taught him is no longer at the…read morelocation, but took the time to help and teach him techniques. After a year, my son wanted to give flag football a try. So we ended our month-to-month tuition--this was in 2015. Fast forward to 2018, and I have received multiple calls and requests to pay over $500 worth of tuition. I was told my contract kept reoccurring and I hadn't paid--which resulted in this absurd balance. Only way to "review" it is if I have the original contract and letters where I give 30 day notice of cancellation for a month-to-month agreement. So if you plan on trying this place out--make sure you DO NOT sign anything and make sure to keep your contracts for 10+ years. No original instructors stay there for more than a year. Restrooms are extremely dirty. Warehouse drips when it rains, and it's extremely hot in summer and extremely cold in winter. Thumbs way down.
